Immediately, but learn them with expertise and mastery! Slowly allow yourself to ease into the exercise and increase intensity over a few days to get your head around them. They are, by far, the most powerful girth exercise ever! And when used with the Penomet or Hydromax it makes the session explode with growth!

Hey DLD, I apologize if this question has already been asked, but how long do you "squash" your penis when doing slow squash jelqs and about how many sets during the 5 minute break when using the Bathmate?

Excellent technique, will try it out later - had a nice free afternoon doing the 'traditional' warm up/super stretches/jelq in key directions/uli/warm down. Lets get thick!
 
Did these last night and went to sleep shortly after - waking up next day - woah. Crazy thick morning wood and a nice plump flaccid hang. Gonna work into these a lot.

How much is too much doing this - once a day everyday? More or less than this?
 
Not that this exercise needs further praise but my testimony:

This was my first day incorportating the SSJ into my girth routine and it was incredible. Workout was as follows:
200 erect jelqs
15 reps SSJ at 30 second holds
15 Ulis

Used moderate "heel hand" pressure as it was my first time and a good solid clamping grip and I actually wound up with a 1" stretch mark on the right side of my shaft after all was said and done! I swear I didn't overdo it, these are just THAT expansive when done right.

My background of 6 months into Penis Enlargement is 2 months of semi erect jelq, 2 months of erect jelqs, 2 months of horse 440s and ulis. First rep of the SSJ and I laughed a little. Two thumbs up.
