Have you ever try dual palms type C-jelq? You clasp the fingers together face downward, and use the thumb muscles to do downward jelqing. It ease the strains on the finger muscles, and create moderate pressure without much efforts.

I do this with one hand. I'm growing big time with this technique.

How do you measure the pressure with water pump?
I tried to connect the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System gun to the bathmate cylinder but i found it very not practical/convinient to use. (Mityvac by itself was originally not convinient this is why i ordered the Bathmate.
maybe there are some marks like if i push it to a point i can't squize anymore or if my size inside reached my erect length..

You need the water trap working.

Bathmate have a valve, that prevents you from measuring the pressure continuously. You can only measure the pressure when you pump on your MityVac pump handle (using attachment to Bathmate).

That is correct. The check valve at the top where you also release the pressure measures the trapped pressure you pumped out and the pressure within the cylinder as the valve is opened. It measures the pressure within that moment in time as the valve is opened, which is quite accurate. The labs and automotive vehicles use the same measuring method to prevent accident pressure leakage.

After trying MityVac with water there is no going back. Having a bigger water trap will make this penis pump even better.

I wish there was some prepared set ready to buy at MoS Shop. I really need free of mind to start dealing with it.
I did the combined mityvac and BM that @squirt_inducer_man mentioned above but indeed the water trap is too small and the water still going up to the gun pretty quickly so i found it impossible for me to work with. But maybe im doing something wrong..

I also don't have any or almost no expansion after finishing my SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory 5x5x3 routine with BM. At least not measured expansion. even though it seems or feels bit heavier or full right after the session (Before i used air pumps including mityvac). But measurement is the same before and after.

im doing that for months now. And Im worried im doing something wrong at this point and waisting my time and effort for nothing really.

From pressure perspective, i reached the point where im using it as hydromax (without hand pump) and reached to 90-95% of capacity. Where i feel there is almost no room to squize it more. I have no idea what inhg that is. For now that feels also the maximum pressure i can go.
I usually enter semi erect or flaccid but i get to the point where i see my penis measure inside the tube as 18.+cm which is my full erect length (bpel).
I stay inside between 5-8min each time as part of the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine

I believe it will be in the future. I'm waiting on parts, and I will test it out in a couple of months (long shipment time from China).

@trustr1 got it. I don't have the HydroMax to do pressure measurements but it sounds like your tissues reached and exceed the normal pressure the pump will allow you.

If you have the MityVac, measure air lower comfortable pressure, normal baseline, and upper barely above the comfortable pressure for one session for us. Do the same for water when you can. We'll come up with a routine for you until you get your equipment mod.

For me I needed the VacuVin modification even on HydroExtreme models in order to keep gaining.
The handball pump can create high pressure inside the pump, but for me it lacked control, and speed in my sessions. So sometimes I would push the hand ball pump and no more pressure was added.

The VacuVin mod changed the game for me.
But it's not safe for most pumpers since you have no gauge.

Do not work jet. I'm waiting on parts to build a bigger water trap. I have already been forced to open up the "gun" 2 times now already, to dry it up completely.

Some say you can fill the cylinder with less water, and therefore not risking pumping up water into your "gun". I have not tried this.

But for me I want high vaccum pressure, so I will wait until I have this bigger water trap working for me. Using Bathmate in the meantime. I do not want to be thinking about, if I have filled the water trap during sessions so I will wait.

I will share everything I create.

It will go well. The biggest challenge is to find a good container for it. But I will solve it.
