I think this exercise probably works best as (a) after several minutes of jelqing, or (beer) warming up with heat before each set. There's also a very similar exercise that involves holding the base with one hand and gripping right under the head with the other, except maybe not quite fully erect.

So i have another possible injury to freak out about.

I'll attempt cliff notes here:

day 1, i hang. day 2 i squashed

all was well, no pain, discomfort, no discoloring, nothing at all. since then i have jerked off and had sex and all was well (they sex was really well actually)

HOWEVER

i have discovered something that was never there the last 32 years. when semi or fully erect, there is a hard thin (for lack of better words) wire under my skin but above the meaty flesh of my dick. its about the size of a small guitar string and it feels tough. standing up and looking down at my dick, it starts on the top left hand side of my dick at the base. it gradually spirals downward to the bottom side of my dick and is going toward the head of my dick. about 3/4 the way down my shaft, i loose the feel of it and cant find it, but it still goes toward the head, its just back below the meaty part of the shaft now.

because there is no pain, discoloring, performance problems of any sort, or discomfort, i am not scared shitless. however, it does concern me

Thoughts?

thanks gentlemen!!!

Is this an exercise that can be done daily, or is it better to do say every other day due to the intensity?

I've read somewhere, that yes, it's best to this every other day. At least it's usually beneficial to do length and girth days. Well, that's my small take on this.

grapeape, I don't know too much about wire under the skin. Could be a thrombosed vein or maybe not. I advice light massage!

That would be highly, user based. Some men may need more than others to make the same gains while others need muchg less. To find out what you happy medium is, it becomes important to experiment. You can judge too much by poor erection quality, if EQ is good you can definitely do more work.

Sounds like the 'chord'. There's been discussion on this. Look here for more info http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?56575-The-Cord

Hope it helps!

thank u so much

Also, consider stretching after orgasm, this seems to circumvent the entire cord deal.

thanks DLD

the fact that i never felt it before and now its glaring at me make me concerned. i really feel like it was hidden under the flesh and i pulled it to the surface.

Is this possible and is it ok?

These always confuse me. Not so much the exercise, that is pretty much clear. Its where you use your thumb and finger to constrict the blood, when you gain girth do you also gain it at base too?

I'm confused as to what is meant when you say you use the "heel" of your hand to push down against the other. I get the clamping at the base, that part is easy. But do you make another "OK" sign with the top hand and jelq down? is there a picture of this exercise anywhere. I don't get how you build pressure/move the blood around with the heel of your hand without making a jelq motion with your top hand.

Well the upper hand is gripping with an upside down OK grip so when in this position the heal or palm of the hand is useable by pressing down on the head, essentially squashing the head against the pressure of the lower hand which if forcing blood upward.
