Morning, brotherhood. I’ve added a pic to show an exciting update. Right close to a 1/4” BPEL increase. As you can see, I’m trying to replicate that by a little push in of my fat pad. This is after about a year of work. There are two distinct challenges I’m facing. One being the “curve”. Man, if I can just get that bend to the left curve corrected, it might straighten it out another 1/4”. I’ve tried the erect bends and will keep at them during the PE sessions. But they are challenging to do. I know it just takes time. The other, which is my TOP focus is Girth! I need some HONEST opinions here on how it looks currently!! Be honest as my perception in pictures is waaaay different than my GF’s. She’s loving it. However, the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) @DLD SSJ’s do indeed increase this bad boy, but I’m still not over the hump just yet. Again, I know it’s a marathon and not a sprint. My concentrated focus is girth now. Looking at 7.25” BPEL. The EG is still stagnated at 4.78”. One in of EG and I’ll be right at where I am goal oriented. I just can’t seem to get the girth to accelerate as I want. Let me know what y’all thing. I do take your opinions and comments seriously. Thanks, Brothers.

You are to be envied. Whoever is consistent with PE routine is to be envied. Good work on that, I will take example from you.
 
This is the post warm down stretch out after the @DLD SSJ session using my Bathmate HydroExtreme. (The model with the pump bulb) Getting blood flow back into all areas of the shaft. Then into a sleeve to maintain passive healing and anti-turtle. Right after this was another 10 minutes using heating pad (wrap entire semi erect penis with heating pad) at medium heat.

Have you started using cockring over balls and shaft? My EG from 4.75 goes to 5 EG after pump and cock ring. Wifey is now totally use to seeing me with it.

I like doing some ULI's before I discovered 5 x 5 x 3 I was on that and I believe it got me over a small hump. On your next routine, consider a few. to shake things up. My ULI routine was simple, during my jelq 20 min session I would do 3-5 ULI's and hold it for 1-2 minutes through out the jelq session.

A ULI is a poor version of the SSJ.

ULI is a combo of clamp + Jelq. I believe it was coined as "clamping jelq" and "hard jelqing". Plenty of penile shaft skin damages on top of tissue, nerve, and blood vessel damages because the clamp was too rough. I tossed this method out the door after two uses. I knew immediately of the potential damages the moment I felt it. It's safer using smaller cock rings than a clamp.

For some reason - don't ask me why they call it ULI #3 , whatever that means. I thought it was just a hand clamp for 1 or 2 min but erection is like 95% and you push out a bit and hold. Please let me know if you call it something else. If overall this is not recommended at all please let me know.

To be clear, I did this before 5 x 5 x 3 and maybe one of the issues I was having an uneven girth at the top of the shaft. Overall I'm still pretty new to 5 x 5 x 3 but this is worth talking about so others don't go down that route if not recommended
 
ULI #1 is full trapped. No movement. Simple add blood and be as tight as possible for internal pressure to expand the chambers.

ULI #2 is to clamp both the base of the glans and the base of the penis, creating a massive bulge like an elliptical shape.

ULI #3 is what you just described, to create a baseball bat effect from the base up.

ULI #4 is the glans focus to make it as large as possible. They called it a mushroom effects.

I remembered these because they came up routine menus when I first started my PE. There are other menus beside the first four but I gave up pursuing.

@Squirt, I am saying the following for others reading this. I assumed that clamping was with a physical clamp like cable clamp pro etc and ULI was with your hand and different. I have heard of people clamping with a physical clamp for 10-30 min (I like everyone here am completely against that) however I always assumed that ULI's were a bit different because with your hand you can easily adjust pressure and you can't last long perhaps only 1-2 min max.

I think we are all now on the same page that a clamp is a clamp with hand/Uli or device/cable clamp it's all under clamping. But you can understand my conversation with you all noting that I was saying I was doing ULI's and everyone was saying not to Clamp with a device. We are not on the same page and these details matter for all of us to be better educated. It's similar when I hear people say I rather pump with air because bathmate sucks and compare that instead of water in an air pump system which would be comparing apples to apples.

It's just defining terms @ Old thank you for the proper description of all ULI's

And last for others reading I came from a place where clamping is common but I could never be on board fully, I never even once heard of 5 x 5 x 3 before 4 months ago.
 
Sorry I missinterpreted it all.
Clamping with your hand should be fine, since we are doing that in SSJ's, and we are still walking around.
 
Clamping with you hand opposed to using a clamp allows much better control over the power you use. Better manipulation and expansion

Our hands during ssj when we somehow clamp, must allow somehow blood to flow or we should give as much clamping power as we can to push opposite directions
