It's more like pushing your penis together, like an accordion, as opposed to pushing it down. You are trying to basically push your head to your base in a straight line through your shaft. Hard to explain. Just think of an accordion. Squeezing the two ends together to meet in the middle.

If I am doing it right, my hand holding the base is pushing up, the other hand pushing penis head to meet the base. ANd yes it is like holding a banana and trying to break into half.


But my concern is- the bending of the penis seems like trying to curve it. Mine already is curve and not straight. WIll this exercise worsen my condition?


My motive of Penis Enlargement, other than to gain length and girth, is to straighten my penis.
 
You should probably avoid this exercise then. Or try to bend it in the opposite direction (upwards)

Regular Jelqs

It's best to work length before girth anyways. I strongly suggest you do this. You can do jelqing as well but stay away from the heavy girth exercises until you reach your desired length - unless for some reason you are completely unhappy with your girth, then you can do a bit of girth work to make it larger girthwise.

I suggest that you do manual stretching until you plateau from it (go 1-2 months with no BPFSL gains) then move onto hanging. So that would be anywhere from 3-6 months of manual stretching, then hanging anywhere from 6 months - 2 years.

I also suggest that you get an extender and wear it as often as you can - especially since you have a curve you wish to straighten. It would be the easiest way to do so - it will maximize your success straightening in the time you practice Penis Enlargement.

You should be jelqing no matter what routine you are doing - always jelq. Light jelqing is best - not extreme force jelqing.

Hanging will also help greatly with fixing a curve, just the nature of the exercise alone.

Then, once you are finally ready to work girth again, your penis should be relatively straighter than it is now and you will be able to do any exercise you wish.

Freakin the fuck out (a little)

I finally found the cable cuff at home depot. Then i finally got a nite alone. so i watched some �naked people movies� til i got a good woody, wrapped cloth around him, put on the cable clamp. all good so far

Slow Squash Jelqs can be done in multiple angles to target various regions where gains are possible. I have always advocated for multiple angle training, just in case there is a gain there:)

The pocket is simple fluid retention. After such an intense session you may have some fluid, leave it be and it will go away after 2 hours or so, some guys even longer. You can massage and use a heating pad to or warm massage to help along the process.

The elasticity you feel, or as I like to see it, malleability, is something I am highly promoting as part of the SRT (Suppressed Retrained Theory) through Masturbation and Making Length Gains.
