The thing is...this will be a game changer for me. With Bathmate my expansion are so limited, my penis get stuck in the cylinder walls due to my upward curvature, and at the base due to the extreme expansion there. Maybe not stuck but there is limits to the expansion I get.


It will take some time to get all the parts. Need to experiment with this to get it working.
I highly believe this will increase my speed of gains.

As HG said, your penis is primed and adapted at the beginning of the moderate pressure range. 5 inHg is the beginning of the growth expansion zone. 8inHg is the lower end of the upper limit. 10 inHg is where the upper safety limit is. Just by using 10 inHg for the first 2 minutes, you slam the door wide open for tissue expansion for the rest of the time.

The trick is to soften the tissues at the lower baseline that you have, which is 7inHg. On the second pumping, within that first two minutes, go up 1inHg each day to see what your barely above the comfortable pressure is, where pain should be just barely above the comfortable zone for your penile shaft. This is your new limit barrier breaker. After than first 2 minutes, reduce back down to the baseline. Notice I use the keyword "baseline" a lot. Why? That is your safety number.

As you progress, your tissues will continue to adapt. Just 2 minutes of that higher pressure will stop the body from adapting. I even test the unsafe barrier once at 16inHg using the water, and that's a bit no-no beyond 20 seconds. However, it was amazing. The inner tissues felt like it was snapping wide open for more expansion. I will slowly work up to 1 minutes down the road. However, the warning to you is, work your way up. Safely and efficiently.
Alright I finally got my silicone sleeve (the kind that just goes on the bottom on the pump with a hole to stick your dick through) and it definitely helped keep any scrotum skin was getting sucked up in there. I experimented with this and it was better.

Two days I started off at 6hg so the first set ended up looking like|

I released pressure and got erect as I could again in about 2 minutes and then started the the second set which was 1 min at 6, one minute at 7 and I alternated between them for 10 minutes.

I still felt like I could get a better pump so I tried something different for tonight. I did the same thing as above except I started off at 7hg as my baseline and went up to 8 except for the last minute I went to 10hg so it was more like
7 - 2mins
8 - 2mins
7 - 1min
8 - 2min
7 - 1min
8 - 1min
10 - 1min.
As before I then alternated between 7 and 8 for 1 minutes each and also finished that set with 1 minute at 10hg.

Tonight when I came out of the pump it was a definitely more similar to the expansion and pump I used to get before. I still think I could bump my baseline up by 1 more hg to have 8 as my base but Im gonna wait a week or so and see how this goes.


On a side note, are some guys dicks just more resilient than others and the low HGs just dont do anything at all? I honestly dont even feel anything if Im in 5 or 6hg. I finally start to feel a little something at 7hg and I can really feel something at 10hg. Its not discomfort or painful in the slightest though

Looking good. Do stay at the tolerable pressure for the week to observe first. You already passed the growth pressure zone at 5inHg. As you enter into the moderate pressure zone, always be careful and creep up, especially under water pressure.

When you are under pressure above 3inHg, as you add more blood into the penis with erection, you are working a percentage over the normal erectile internal pressure. When you are healthy, your body can handle beyond 150% for a short period of time, ranging between 20 to 300 minutes. Yes, 300 minutes, during heightened sexual arousal states. However, the body shuts the penis down after that to prevent injuries. If you can maintain good erection pass 40 minutes mark, you can actually reach 6inHg internal pressure with ease for at least 30 minutes. But that tolerance does change with time.

When you reach the upper moderate zone to upper threshold of 10inHg, you are exerting 2 to 3 times the penis pressure loading. Under pressure, you are forcing the penis to go against more that just 3 times the internal pressure to push against the water pressure exerts in the penis chambers from the outside. It's actually around 9 times at 10inHg. That's why your resulting EQ is ridiculous if you can maintain for 5 minutes at this pressure. The longer you can maintain the erection at this upper zone, in a few months time, your erection feels like the penis is pulsing/buzzing (as my wife would put it and loving it..human vibrator (cwl) ).

Time over hg is important. I would go middle of the road at 5 minutes at a reasonable hg and complete those sets with slow squash jelqs for 5 minutes. I think you will see your best expansion there

Spartan mode! Give that a try for a week or two and see how well it works.

5 to 10 minutes is fine.
