These are normal blood spots from the pressure being used in girth work. For the most part they are unavoidable but a good warm up and warm down does help.

Not as bumps. These may be pimples due to irritation. I have never really heard of this. Can you snap a picture close up?
 
I've been using the Bathmate for 3 days in a row but when I do, i can only use it when either flaccid or semi hard.I pump it to the highest suction possible and I'm wondering if that is too much suction power when first starting out with the Bathmate.What recommended suction levels is good for a Bathmate beginner like myself?

You can determine this by fluid buildup. If you are getting lots of water retention you are going too long. The best way to rock this is by using your Bathmate for 5 minutes, full pressure and then go for 5 minutes of jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing. You can repeat this 3 times and I guaranty the expansion will blow your mind.

Thank you for the detailed response as I'd do 15 minutes straight at full pressure, take a 5 minute break and then do another 15 minute session.Sounds like your method is the best for excellent expansion.I'm going to them tonight..Thanks alot DLD... ;)

No problem. I am glad you are doing them correctly now using proper time. This will help you with retension and really expand inner tissue.
 
Is it normal to feel intense pressure in the head when using the Bathmate?
It seems like when I get to full pressure, it feels like my penis is going to burst open. This freaks me out and I cut the session short.

Any advice?

I would back the pressure back a bit, but only if you are become sore or injured. The feeling of pressure is very normal in Penis Enlargement, especially in pumping. Eventually it will become more and more easy to deal with and understand. Your penis will not pop, even though the pressure may feel that way. Overpumping usually ends in excessive fluid buildup and fatigue. Going too hard can also cause broken capillaries, thrombosis and discoloration. It is best to follow the Bathmate for Newbies (or one of the advanced routines) that are based on short, 5 minute sessions, followed by manual efforts to maximize expansion and minimize injury, retention and skin issues.
 
So I'm still a little unclear on how I should be pumping.

-Should I gradually increase pressure every 30 seconds until max pressure. and count whole thing as 5 minutes?

-Gradually increase pressure until at max, THEN hold at max for 5 minutes? (what I've been doing)

-Or, pump straight away to full pressure and stay for 5 minutes?
 
Pump to a good level, if you start to lose pressure, pump some more. During the five minutes you want to be sure you are getting good expansion.

I'm 8.5" long and 5.5" in circumference around the middle (which is a little thicker than the base), so judging from previous posts I'm thinking about getting the X-40. With regular use, how long until the Bathmate results become permanent? Also, how quickly do the temporary results subside? The original post mentions that the temporary results are a good indication of the potential permanent gains, but if I wanted to put my temporary gains to use (haha) with someone, how much time would I have to do that? First, welcome to the MOS Brotherhood! Next, you are at 8.5" so you will need to go with the Bathmate X-40 as you will have little room to grow in the other models. With regular use, following the routine contained herein, you will see gains quickly. Temporary gains are always awesome as it is useable cock making it great to do before sex.

Check out my SRT Workout, check the Bathmate routine and it will teach you how to do super-sets to avoid buildup and maximize penis gains.
