Apologies for the double post but I was just reading Phase 1 on the members site (still a member, awesome!). There seems a lot less stretching in the Phase 1 on there compared to the DLD
Newbie routine. Wondering whether to do the increased amount of stretches as outlined in this thread, or stick to the Phase 1 amount whilst incorporating the rest of the
Bathmate and Jelqing exercises as indicated in this thread?
Still being a member of the paysite, I kind of feel like I should follow those five phases? But in combination with my
Bathmate. Any advice would be great on this one, I don't want to overdo it right at the start!
