Question for the more experienced users, upon reading SRT and this newbie Bathmate routine trying to incorporate some SRT into this to fit in with my days, can i run this by you and see what you think and set me straight etc on if/where i am going wrong. i will be ordering my Bathmate tomorrow (hopefully if not will be Friday).

so if i understand the current SRT theory's for max gains... (bear in mind this is a newbie routine)

start off in am with masturbation/sex then do the newbie stretches as in this guide then get 100% erection and do the DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches. then apply some hydrocortisone cream and wrap up in uncle jim wrap, wear this for one hour at a time at which time you will take off, do 25 rotary cranks and 1 set of Behind the Cheeks Stretching.

then later on in the day the girth

Basic Jelqing/Bathmate Super Sets

For First 2 weeks -
Two Sets of the following:

150 Jelqs followed by 5-10 minutes pumping.

After 2 weeks -
Two sets of the following:

300 Jelqs followed by 10 minutes pumping.

apply hydrocortisone, then wrap in jims wrap lightly for the night.

END.

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. How does that sound? i am trying to divulge the huge amount of data here and i have never done any Penis Enlargement todate so trying to get it down on paper/and in my head 1st then once i have my Bathmate/wrap and rings i would like to start. have i missed anything or anything need swapping around?, i work 12.5 hours a day 3 days a week these will be the hardest days to do the wrapping as i work out in the community and its not always fesable to get to a loo to wrap/stretch (any ideas on this DLD) my other days i am more or less in the house all day so its not a issue. a SG would be great but again financially unobtainable atm.

i am hoping this will get me to on my way to 7"/8+ so long as it seems a good routine or DLD suggests otherwise, then move on to some more advanced things once gains stop coming/more equipment/experience is at hand.

also any advice on a decent ring to use? will any do? i was looking at the ring of power from supra, but after his email i think i will have to wait for one of those due to my limited financial situation.

First, to comment on 'pokoyo77's recommendation of applying hydocortisone cream to the penis or scrotum: From a medical standpoint it is ill-advised to apply steroidal medications to the genital area. Not only is the integrity of the penile skin important during Penis Enlargement, applying a steroid to the testicles is a quick way to reduce natural adrenaline and testosterone production. Not ideal when the goal is to increase the size of your "manhood".

I have recently added the Bathmate to my daily routine, and further to DLD's excellent recommendations within the routine mentioned at the start of this thread, I have found decent results performing my kegels (bursts and sustained) while doing various directional pulls while pumped in the Bathmate. The added resistance the suction adds for the pelvic muscles to pull against, at least for me, contributes to increased gains in length and pelvic floor strength and resiliance. The kegel action also provides additional blood flow to the penis while in traction. The addition of a cock ring post-Bathmate for no longer than 10 minutes also allows you tomanually force blood in and out of the glans (into the shaft) to increase both shaft girth and circulation to the glans - resulting in a pretty spectacular head size and shape.

Once I'm back on my computer, I'll post a pic of a typical post-session (with cock ring) for visual purposes.You will notice that the base shaft girth is enough that my index finger and thumb are unable to meet. Kegels with pulls will increase base thickness to support a larger erect penis.

As promised, the pic. This is post-Bathmate with kegel stretches, approx 3/4 erect. When fully erect, I can't, without pain, forced my penis from it's upward erect angle to straight out like shown here.

i was meerly quoting from DLD's SRT routine in regards to the cream ;)

Wow, if that is true I think my penis would not be the size it is....I have used Hydrocortisone for more than 10 years, under doctors orders. Could you please links to the references you are making to Hydrocortisone?

Further to the reduction in testosterone production, hydrocotisone is in fact vasoconstricting in topical application. Think of a common rash caused by an irritant. It will be red due to inflammation, which is in part vasodilation. Topical hydocort reduces the inflammation by constricting capilliary bloodflow. Therefore, if bloodflow is the key to penile health and enlargement, applying a cortisone is very counterproductive.
 
Quick Question DLD Do you think its a good routine to jelq 300 times then hope in the Bathmate for hardcore stretches? Is it safe?

The PowerAssist is the first version of the LengthMaster. The PowerAssist has been around for many years but will soon be discontinued because of the New LengthMaster that will take it's place. The PA is a very powerful tool, Popular Science called it a "Wrench for the Penis" It allows for much more powerful stretches than those done with hands alone. As far as Expressive Stretching goes, the PowerAssist was the first method of doing this exercise. Called Ring Stretching and found in the Expressive Stretching Thread it is a very powerful method of exposing inner penis and adding to base girth.

Of you plan on a girth only, jelq specific workout I offer some advice to make the fastest gains. A workout that would include the cockring is consistent with the teaching in my latest work SRT. I will direct you to a workout that will be best.

Month One

300 Jelqs for 1st week, 600 jelqs there after wearing cock ring after workout to keep pump as long as possible.

Now this may seem obsessive but it will greatly benefit the gains you will make. Every hour or two, hit the bathroom, jelq yourself back to a good pump and reattach the cockering. This only needs to be a couple minutes, just enough time to recapture the expansion.

In addition, you should follow the other points in structural penis enlargement. SInce there is no desire for length you can forego those exercises but there still remains the Kegel work and the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch. Kegels are essential to growth, without the practice of Kegels you may suffer erection quality issues when the penis is enlarged. As the penis becomes larger it demands more blood and this happens through the strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles. Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

After the first month you will be ready to increase the time you train and switch to a more powerful jelqing exercise. The remainder of your program will remain the same. This exercise steps up the girth process by at least 200% and will give you continued expansion for however long you use the exercise.

So, your workout for the second month and thereafter would be

Slow Squash Jelqs: 30 Minutes after wearing cock ring after workout to keep pump as long as possible. Again, if the bi-hourly process of returning expansion and reattaching cockering is practiced you will gain fastest, the reason being the penis is allowed to heal in an expanded state.

DLD I've been doing Bathmate Hardcore stretches for about a month now and lately i've been feeling an uncomfortable pain in my penis. It feels like a less painful bee sting that lasts about 10 seconds then goes away. Any idea what the pain is?
