Bathmate routine trying to incorporate some
SRT into this to fit in with my days, can i run this by you and see what you think and set me straight etc on if/where i am going wrong. i will be ordering my
Bathmate tomorrow (hopefully if not will be Friday).
so if i understand the current
SRT theory's for max gains... (bear in mind this is a
newbie routine)
start off in am with masturbation/sex then do the newbie stretches as in this guide then get 100% erection and do the DLD Hardcore
Bathmate Stretches. then apply some hydrocortisone cream and wrap up in
uncle jim wrap, wear this for one hour at a time at which time you will take off, do 25 rotary cranks and 1 set of Behind the Cheeks Stretching.
then later on in the day the girth
Basic Jelqing/Bathmate Super Sets
For First 2 weeks -
Two Sets of the following:
150 Jelqs followed by 5-10 minutes pumping.
After 2 weeks -
Two sets of the following:
300 Jelqs followed by 10 minutes pumping.
apply hydrocortisone, then wrap in jims wrap lightly for the night.
