That's interesting, and would explain why it's been difficult for me to gain any length.


I haven't really targeted anything specifically, my stretching has consisted of just pulling out the penis by gripping below the glans and stretching it out in each direction.

The other times I've done some stretching were in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (using suction), in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words], and doing some expressive stretching by placing the whole shaft through an empty roll of duct tape, DLD Blasters, and fowfers.


I've got to ask, what I'm supposed to do exactly to target the ligs, and am I supposed to make my exit point lower?

When your ligs get stretched out all the hidden penis from the bottom of the pubic bone to your current penis exit point will View attachment 27832 be exposed.
After your ligs are stretched out and your penis finally has low exit point you can do expressive stretches,over the leg stretches etc. and they will be much more effective.
Now whatever tunica stretch you do you always will engage the ligaments but you will not stretch them enough to elongate them.So first stretch out your ligs then atack the tunica separetely and the ligs will not be in the way taking the stress and now you will be pullin and stretchin only your tunica ;) Let me know if you understood lol

Exactly! This is why expressive stretching is important and also, as you said, BTC. Behind the Cheeks will always give an endless fountain of length because is supersedes the ligs.

I understood, thanks for the diagram! The few things I'm wondering about however is how long do I target the ligs and when do I target the tunica? Do I target the ligs only for months, then do tunica stretches? Or do I target the ligs as much as I can in one day and then do tunica stretches, or maybe just ten minutes of lig stretches followed by tunica stretches?

I tried doing BTC yesterday and felt this strange sensation at the base as I was stretching. If I had to describe it, it felt like a string with bumps slowly grinding past my pubic bone as it was going outwards.


Tried doing the same thing later on but everything felt loose so I thought it was fatigue, then when I tried later that night I didn't really feel a stretch at all, it was more like tucking the penis BTC instead of stretching it.

I haven't been good about keeping track of my Penis Enlargement lately but I still do it every day, I've been focusing on girth work/jelqs/Hydromax sessions when I can fit them into my schedule.

I tried something new with the headpiece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today. i also did the usual [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] method too, that was the first thing I did. Later on in the day after my edging routine I tried something different. Didn't put on the base, just wrapped myself into the comfort strap like I normally do and then used that as a gripping piece. I also tried using a bungee cord for slow tension, then as I hooked it up to both sides of the headpiece I pulled the bungee cord behind me, getting a really good BTC stretch this way.

it sounds ridiculous, but all you have to do is hook the bungee cord into the parts where you normally have the rods on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] enter, grip the cord and pull it underneath you. This totally made stretching BTC easier.

well, bringing the pump to work was a failure. First I had to warm myself up to arousal, and the office bathroom isn't the best place to do that. So after the first Supra Slammer I tried another one, but as I was performing a ULI the base was making a pumping sensation at full speed and I couldn't control the point of no return even with a kegel and OK grip. The ULI itself was like what brought it over the edge.

I wanted to take it a little bit easier tonight. I've realized lately that I'm not into Penis Enlargement as much as I used to be, and I'm trying to figure out why.

I think it's because of my options. I've been relying on devices to get gains but I feel like I need to go back to the basics again to feel rejuvenated. I want to be able to feel like I'm just starting my journey again instead of being nearly done. I'll figure out how to fix this.

Anyway, a month from now I'm going to measure my length and girth. I think I've grown in the past year, but I'll give myself another month before I measure.

I've been thinking about heat sources lately. I noticed that while wearing latex gloves at work my hands become sweaty/clammy after a half hour/hour of work. So back in January I decided I needed a break from PE. I even gave up pornography, inspired by bawg's efforts, and have gone 62 days without the need for it. Tomorrow will be nine weeks.

Unfortunately adult entertainment is everywhere, so it's difficult to avoid it, but I'm not actively searching for adult entertainment. It doesn't turn me on anymore, and if I do see it I just close the tab and move on. In the month of April I tried different PE techniques every week.


Some nights I'd have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydromax[/words] session.

Other nights I'd spend time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words].

Wore a cockring or a ROP, did kegels/reverse kegels, jelqed, slow squashed jelqed, stretched in every direction.


On weekdays I'd go into the bathroom as soon as my lunchbreak started at work, did a mix of DLD blasters/jelqing, then wrapped myself up in the Uncles Jim Wrap, warmed down with the hand dryer, then tightened my belt to give me an obvious bulge in my jeans and went outside.

One lady made it obvious that she was staring at my crotch by talking directly to my pants while having conversations with me. It almost became a daily routine, she even flashed her panties at me the other week. We never talk about the bulge, I pretend not to notice that her eyes keep redirecting to my leg. 5 second reverse kegel hold while doing the same thing

after about 5-10 minutes of this the penis just keeps stretching and stretching, incredible


so speaking of which, I've been doing DLD Blasters most of today. Wore a loose fitting cockring to bed last night for 9 hours... decided to do some good old fashioned stretching/jelqing session routine about two hours ago.

damn, I looked huge in the mirror after I was done with my jelqing/stretch session. When I first dipped myself into the cup of water I looked big, but the second time (after the session) the light/water created the illusion that I was filling the whole cup. It was crazy.


I have a feeling by next year I'm gonna be 8 inches NBPEL. After years of PE I've finally gotten stretching down correctly, gonna work on that for the rest of the year.
