They are big in the Rave scene where people are staying awake for a couple days. These energy shots wake you up immediately. But if you have an issue with caffeine I would not advise using them.

ahh , I don't have an issue with caffeine just don't want to take many stimulants or anything while starting these new pills , was that tired yesterday I slept for 13 and half hours but I did get my workout in

I need to get 12 hours of sleep every night or I am miserable. Some people just need more rest than others. How much do you usually sleep?

before meds I only need 2-5 hours to feel right as rain as I don't sleep much anyway , last night I slept 13.5 hours and still knackered

It is crazy how much people differ in need of sleep. If I go off my meds and get manic I can get by on an hour a day, sometimes I won't sleep for 3-4 days at a time..when I am manic I am constantly going (probably the biggest reason I lose so much weight when it happens.) But when I come out of the Mania and land in depression my sleep patterns can be anywhere from 12-16 hours! Since I have started these new meds I am getting to bed about 12 and waking up around 11:30. This is as normal as it gets for me, I guess.

yeah I know the feeling mate , have had periods of 2-5 days with minimal / no sleep .

I had the same issue, among others, I just went to my doctor and we tried something new...I went from Zoloft to Wellbutrin and it was night and day. I have my erections back, my libido is on point and I can once again reach orgasm. The whole time I was fucking with Zoloft none of my shit worked.

I have woken up with some morning glory since starting so I know it worked while I was sleeping just wanted to check while I was awake :D going to mention it to doctor on Thursday anyway .

thanks dld ... ended up forgetting to ask about ED when at doctors as didn't have enough time as was short appointment , but I'm back again in two week , she said side effects should start to ease off by then anyway but have a longer appointment then

Well that will give you enough time to see how things go before you next appointment. Make a list of questions that you may have so when you are there you won't forget.

I do too and this is why I bring a list, so I don't miss out on the answers I really need. I have many doctors I see for physical and mental reasons and I have learned to be proactive in my treatment and organized in my visits by having a list of inquiries.

also I forgot I have been completely dedicated with my kegel routine for a solid month now too , so hopefully when erections return they will be in force !!

my routine is as follows

10 5 second holds and 5 second releases to warm up
30 squeezes x10 a minute break inbetween each set
followed by "flutter" 10 seconds of little squeezes and releases as fast as I can followed by 10 seconds break 3 of these sets
then a minute squeeze sometimes I even hold for 2 minutes just for fun

been doing this every day started it mid last month

also whenever I go for a pee I will do a reverse kegel for 30 seconds also when in the shower I will do like 5 30 second reverse kegels

There is going to be good and bad days. I just had a terrible weekend with my exercises but today I was able to get a great session in. The trick to this is to take each workout as they come, good or bad, and have the determination to continue. I am glad to see you getting past the rough spots.

the workout wasn't the problem was just mental state at that time ::/ although really forced myself to get the full routine in today and I did

1/6/15 3x6x30 lig stretches 4x30 tunica stretches also added 50 jelqs so that's 350 jeqls today

going to add 50 jelqs each week

That is usually what it is for me, I know this because I can be in an exact situation in two different frames of mind, one will be hell while the other Heaven. I have learned to sit with my feelings and understand that things will pass and I can get back into the right frame of mind. I used to just see the whole day as a failure, now I can see that I was throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Things are good, things are bad but overall things are in the middle.

yeah that's why I did the second portion of my routine as I was feeling better . also was at doctors but we had more pressing things to talk about so ran out of time but back a gain in two weeks :D

Indeed they are and I am right in the middle of one today. Trying to keep my mind in the now and not worry too much on it. Do you have any erotic material you can view while jelqing? This is all it takes for me to keep erect and avoid too many breaks to increase erection. But if you are already doing this there is nothing wrong with stopping every 100 to re-erect.

Sorry to hear about the bruise, I advise you do hot wraps and deep tissue massage to help the bruise heal quicker. Once you start to see yellow about the bruise you can get back to work. If you go back to soon you may cause a permanent bruise mark. However, you can do length work during this time off from girth and it will not effect the bruise.

well at least I can do length , it doesn't even look like a bruise and doesn't hurt , it just looks like blood vessels popped under the skin . but guess I ll do stretches till its gone , I hope it isn't permanent mark as I was worried about that , was going to buy 1000 lemons and bleach it :D

It will go away and I am glad your were smart enough to take a break from girth until it has cleared up. I did not do this and 10 years later I still have a brusie.

I took a break from everything bar pc muscle routine , just aswell as been having super shit time too cause of meds so I welcome this little break ... silver linings and all

no problem dld , the bruise is look much better just red colour over my skin now , hope to get back to work soon .

also woke up with proper erection and decided to measure my girth , it had gone down due to all the down time though by like .3/4 of a cm but hope I can get it back soon enough and more
