hey guys and I'm not sure if any gals around I've been bit of a hit an miss guy when it comes to Pe, starting an stopping , but now it's time to get serious and really try to have a solid year of working on it. my goal atm is 9.5 length (I'd be happy with 9 too) and ideally minimum shaft girth of 6". the girth is the really thing I find hard to gain, also due to restricted privacy (live with family and only 20) sometimes I am unable to do much or lose the drive. This year hopefully I am gonna go for it. For now I have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and a regular air pump 9x2.5(diameter), and my hands as equipment. so far I have grown too 7.5" bp length almost 8 if I bend my upward curve and girth of 5.3 base 5 mid and 4.4 just under the head with head girth of 5. the girth is whats really letting me down as I find it hard to gain in girth esp just under the head. when I have managed to get in a proper session with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] I can pretty much add 1/4" length and 1/2" girth which is decent but consistency is key which is why I haven't made much progress.
now my ideal routine which I get in as much as I can is 1-2 sets of the stretches from the beginners routine (just the manual ones) the reason is I am only doing 1-2 sets as I worry about outgrowing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] In length before I have reached my girth goals if anyone has any advice on this then shoot. Then I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 5 minutes then jelq for 5 mins and repeat , 3 times and if I am still feeling good a 4th time. I would ideally work my way up to 7 days a week but will try an do atleast 4/7 days a week to let my penis rest as I'm new to using pumps so it really fatigues my penis. also kegeling here an there with towel raises and occasional keyboard lifts URRAAAAHHH
