hey guys and I'm not sure if any gals around :P I've been bit of a hit an miss guy when it comes to Pe, starting an stopping , but now it's time to get serious and really try to have a solid year of working on it. my goal atm is 9.5 length (I'd be happy with 9 too) and ideally minimum shaft girth of 6". the girth is the really thing I find hard to gain, also due to restricted privacy (live with family and only 20) sometimes I am unable to do much or lose the drive. This year hopefully I am gonna go for it. For now I have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and a regular air pump 9x2.5(diameter), and my hands as equipment. so far I have grown too 7.5" bp length almost 8 if I bend my upward curve and girth of 5.3 base 5 mid and 4.4 just under the head with head girth of 5. the girth is whats really letting me down as I find it hard to gain in girth esp just under the head. when I have managed to get in a proper session with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] I can pretty much add 1/4" length and 1/2" girth which is decent but consistency is key which is why I haven't made much progress.

now my ideal routine which I get in as much as I can is 1-2 sets of the stretches from the beginners routine (just the manual ones) the reason is I am only doing 1-2 sets as I worry about outgrowing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] In length before I have reached my girth goals if anyone has any advice on this then shoot. Then I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 5 minutes then jelq for 5 mins and repeat , 3 times and if I am still feeling good a 4th time. I would ideally work my way up to 7 days a week but will try an do atleast 4/7 days a week to let my penis rest as I'm new to using pumps so it really fatigues my penis. also kegeling here an there :P with towel raises and occasional keyboard lifts URRAAAAHHH

I'm not sure if you all want me to post daily etc or weekly , but I will try to take measurements once a month ( I normally get foccussed to much on whipping out the ruler and tape)

bottom line is gonna try an reach my goal I don't know if its realistic but ho hum i'll give it a crack. now that you've heard me drag on and the auto checker is riddled with red squiggly lines I leave you too it :)

I grab my balls and pull away as much as I can then pump slightly till it seals then I'll put both hands on and finish the pump. This seems to help although I still tend to get them sucked in every once and awhile.
I'll keep an eye on ya see how ur progressing :)

This is my 5th week and the only thing I've seen is a definite difference in [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words]. As I've stated before I'm happy with my girth right now and along with using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I get to 6 in in girth when I'm done so if I just follow a consistent girth work out with jetting and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I'm sure I will reach son good girth gains.
My short term goal is 6in nbpel. 6in eg. If I stay consistent, listen to my body, also I plan on getting on a good workout program(p90x), I feel I will get to my goal with no problem! :):)

sounds great , unfortunately for me being uncut few months back I got a cut on my part of my frenulum which heals but is very un reliable ? when being stretched so I want to gain girth but this makes It a little harder :/

also working out too an trying to loose weight as I have like almost an inch of fat pad :/

Well there is a ton of info on here about getting girth or just about anything your trying to accomplish. Read some threads and I'm sure you will come up with a good routine for your girth gains.

Hmmmm, check with the company and maybe there is something wrong with the seal. I know I read some posts a while back that they were having issues with the valve, but it was mainly with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words]. Not sure about that same problem with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words].

another great full session today could really feel the expansion and actually used it in the bath , which gives insane suction compared to when I am In the shower or just using regulary. I was still bit plump from yesterdays session when I started which was great to see and made It easier to expand with the skin not being as taught.

Wow! Seeing gains in 8 days is something great! I hope you're not talking about the temp gains you're getting from the session. These temp gains usualy cement with time, but if you managed to pack on some gains in such time- WONDERFUL! Congratulations and keep us posted :)

also today my clamping cable things had arrived , naturally i wanted to try them out was fun XD did two 5 mins sets one clamped at base and other clamped at base behind balls, didnt use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or anything else today as didnt wanna over work with trying something new :) . is there any partiuclar strategy or something to get best use out of the clamps . any link or something would be appreiceated

In the Clamping forum their is a ton of routines and methods.

been unwell all weekend :/ so not been able to do anything since thueday where i did just 10 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as was feelign unwell .
also noticed a month has flown by so when i'm well enough i will re take measurements

yes a good month with not many missed days so the work had paid off ! :)

ahh my health , have been unwell had some bug that was going round , also i will be visiting the doctors at some point to get my testosterone checked.

if its low would T meds help with gains at all.
