lOl part of it is because i have not really thought about measuring ... lOl and now that I say that i might get home and think about it.
I will be using the thicker man clamp today in my girth workout and i am definitely looking forward to it. I used it for about 3 minutes yesterday morning to get a feel for it and I really liked how it felt. i am going to use a piece of a silicone
sleeve as my wrap while I use this product which is important because I dont want any skin getting caught in the device. I think i will use this clamp at the end of my girth workout and use the much easier on and off cable clamps during my actual supersets because of ease of use. I think using the thicker man clamp for a finisher for like 20 minutes will take my girth workout to another level intensity wise.

The only issue I had with wearing it while I am sleeping is waking up to pee, having to take it off and not wanting to put it back on because if I did I would wake up fully. That said i decided one way i could possibly not wake up during my sleep to pee was drink a bit less water and try to drink it earlier in the day. So i decreased my water intake to 3 liters a day instead of 4 liters and i try to drink it all about 6 hours before sleeping. Another thing i have started doing is kegels because it seems the PC muscle effects how oten you have to go to the bathroom. So I am doing 20 minute of kegels a days in additional to when I think about kegeling randomly.
Kegeling for me is multi purpose of course. I also use it so I can increase the blood supply that i can give to my erections and therefore my extra size will be "realized" and so I will not have this bigger penis that I have never seen because body cant handle the increased blood supply it needs so I can get a full erection.
Kegeling daily should also help with my girth workouts because if i get increased blood supply to the area of my penis then it means i should have more blood available during my girth workouts which means more blood to expand my tissues. Kegeling is the only thing i can really do PE related at work. I might start using my 24 hour
cock ring again ... but it would be just more of like 8 hours (just at work). I have been tempted by hardwear
cockrings but I am too cheap to want to pay 60 dollars for a

Ok bodybuilding. So I weighed myself when iI woke up today and the
scale said I am 198:8 at 13.3 body fat..... i would guess I am closer to 11 percent body fat with the
scale being off a couple percentages. Again my goal is 8% body fat, while maintaning as much muscle as possible so I think i will have to get down to about 188lbs. People are noticing that I am leaning out ... lOl my gf keeps saying I am getting to skinny but my theory is that if it isnt muscle then I would rather be lean and then work back up to a higher
weight with more actual muscle mass while maintaining a low body fat. I am going to keep going ... Keep losing slowly so that i can hold on to my muscle.
