A humble title to my log but hopefully I will make excellent gains.

As some of you know I decided to take time off from PE. The reason is simple, I did something dumb. A while ago I came across the thread “Clamped Pumping” which is here:

Now I don’t blame the thread but I came up with the not so genius idea of using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] and a cable clamp at the same time. At this time in my PE journey I wasn’t gaining and so I kept doing more and more extreme exercises in an attempt to get gains and in the end I hurt myself with the above mentioned exercise.

I don’t really know what I did … like what it is officially called (perhaps a damaged vein .. perhaps a blood clots idk) but the skin near the top of my penis on the left side under my foreskin looks like it was stretched out (like discolored as in like really light colored when it should be dark and it was scab over first an intense PE session) and when I clamp, the veins or whatever under the spot of discoloration start to hurt (just in that area) causing me to not get to higher pressures and makes me stop the exercise. I have actually had this injury for over half a year but I kept doing PE because…. well I wanted to get to my dream size. I think I became a little obsessed with PE insomuch that I couldn’t mentally take a break. I think PE is one activity that can easily consume us and cause us to be unhealthy in continuing to exercise even when we are injured so we as PEers have to be careful.

I sometimes took weeks off here and there and when I saw what looked like a normal looking penis, I jumped back into the exercises; however, the pain and skin tearing in the same spot resumed.

This time around I decided to take 2 months off. I have not done PE since early or mid-January,

I started using leech oil from the site Redzulu recommended (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...Exclusive-to-MOS-Members=&highlight=leech+oil). The leech oil is supposed to repair the circulation system which for me should mean the veins in the area of my injury will heal (the pain will go away). From using leech oil I have been seeing veins on my penis I have never seen before and saw a vein in the area where my injury is, which should be a good sign.

Today, 3/11/14, is going to my first day back to PE. I feel like the vein is probably healed and also I am a little impatient. It has been over a month and a half since I stopped PE so I think I would like to give it a go.

Equipment: Vacutech [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penis pump[/words] (using water), In line water trap (used to keep water from going into the pump gauge), clamp, leech oil (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...ive-to-MOS-Members=&highlight=leech+oil),cock ring, heater and Penilizer. I decided to use an old school cylinder because I was tired of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bite and because when I get bigger I can always buy another cylinder (as assumed to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and just an fyi I own all three). I think the old school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropumping[/words] will be better than new school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropumping[/words] because I will not have to deal with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] and I will know exactly how much pressure is being applied to my penis versus just having to go by the length indicator as with new hydropumps.
Plan: I am going to do a 5x5x3 workout, which is going to go back and forth between water pumping and clamping. I will finish my workout with about 10 minutes of the Penilizer (unclamped). I will use the heater during clamping.

3/11/14 … I had my first workout … perfect … no pain whatsoever where my injury was.

I will update this log periodically.

Current stats: 7.5 x 5.25 (it looks like I lost some girth during my time off... probably was not cemented)

Six month goal: 8 x 6

Glad to see you're healed enough to get back to it. Im coming back from a small hiatus and it feels great to be back, I wish you all the best.

I must ask, are you not incorporating any jelqs or stretches in your routine? I failed to see them mentioned. Also, because of your injury and the method you received it, why not try another approach?

I actually am incorporating some stretches ... I didn't mention it and didn't think to add it into my edit but I do the girth work mentioned above 3 times a week and 2 days in between those work out day I do about 20 minutes of bundled stretches. I am also planning on buying some autoxleeves.

I am actually trying another approach (safer approach). I was injured because I wore a cable clamp while using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] causing extreme pressure. Of course I am not doing that again but in addition to not doing that I am also now using a gauge and now pushing too far. Clamping and pumping are not bad however they should never be done at the same time and by that I am not referring to wearing a cock ring while pumping.

Well, sounds like a solid plan. I was doing a purely chemical approach with great success. I then had some personal life issues I needed to tend to, while I wanted to take some time off anyway. I think it was a much needed break.
 
Yesterday i did twenty minutes of bundled stretches in front of a heater followed by about twenty minutes of clamped edging.

Today I had my second primary girth workout of pumping and clamping. I apply leech oil to my penis about ten minutes before i start my workout and after those ten minutes have expired i warmup with a heater. Like I said before I started doing old school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydropumping[/words] and I use the in line water trap to accomplish this (enlargementworkz.com however I just checked the site and they don't have the one I bought on eBay on their site). I keep the in line water trap in its side so that excess water doesn't go into the water trap. I like it because I am able to use a regular pump with a gauge which is something I have never been able to do before. I keep my pressure at 5 ...from reading the forums that is a pretty safe pressure. I think that is why some people are getting injured by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]/penomet because they have to go by feel instead of an exact measurement. Today I used a cock ring while pumping. For the cock ring I just use a pick of a silicone folded over once. Now because the cylinder it filled with water I'm not totally sure about this but it looks like I was maxing out the cylinder at the base (2.25 cylinder) however it will be a while before the mid shaft catches up. I thought I was going to need some smaller cylinders (I am 5.25 in girth) but it looks like I don't. When I moved up to clamping today I did clamped ulis in front of a heater. It felt pretty good .... Did not seem to have excess pressure in any one area. Pumping sets were done from five minutes and clamping was also five minute sets. I repeated this twice more for a total of 30 minutes .. Of course it takes a little time to switch between the pumping and clamping. After I was done with my super sets I did clamped edging for 50 minutes. The 50 minutes wasn't too intense, I was trying to make sure I got some blood into the area I had expanded (6 inches of expansion from workout) and apparently this is important for cementing gains. After I was done with this I put on my cock ring (small piece of absilcone .. This one isn't folded over). I don't have very much fluid build up which it good but I will what it looks like in four hours before I go to bed (I work nights). Before I go to sleep will apply leech oil which should pull blood into the penis and probably get rid of some of the fluid build up. I will probably do a little clamped edging too just to help with pulling blood in.

Side note: I am thinking about using DMSO and PABA against but I am not sure if my mixture is still good. Does anyone know how long this stuff can sit together mixed without going bad?

The injections are definitely a scare at first. Putting a needle in your penis is, simply put, unnatural. However, it really never hurt and most of the time I could never really feel any pain. Mind you, I was using a 27 gauge insulin pin... very tiny. There is a tablet that they've made to push down your urethra, but its much more expensive and produces a weaker effect.
 
Two rest days. I will be back to PEing on Monday with pumping and clamping. On rest days I still use leech oil twice a day and even with a 24 hour cock ring I am seeing a lot of good veins. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being way too much fluid retention I would say my PE workouts along with the 24 hour cock ring are at like a 1. I think the leech oil might have something to do with that since it causes more blood flow and if there is more blood flow then fluid will probably get moved out of the penis much faster ......
 
Another goal of mine that I didnt mention above is that i want to straighten my curve and to bring my mid and tip girth up closer to my base girth. I think pumping will help straighten my curve .... and I could do stuff like jelqing but I dont get the expansion I want so therefore pumping will let me kill two birds with one stone. Tomorrows big questions is .... do I add dmso and paba back into my routine. I am 70% sure I will bring it back in because it will help with the curve and help with girth.
 
On Monday I used dmso/paba before i started PE and after it had absorbed pretty good i washed it off and applied my leech oil. I switched to a bigger cylinder size of 2.5x9 .... I decided to switch because my base was pushing hard against the walls of the 2.25 cylinder. I went higher pressure on Monday (two days ago) in the pump to see what it felt like and it wasnt bad. Like with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydropumping[/words] I am doing the water trap that catches the water causes the pressure to reduce as i kegel and if I do and even if I do higher pressure it only lasts for maybe ten seconds before it goes down to 3 to 5. So since it goes down pretty fast I figure I will be fine and plus I only go to like seven. I had noticably more fluid build up after Monday's workout which I think was the result of both the higher pressures and the fact to use the heater when i did clamping. Today I am going to repreat Monday's workout but I am going to use the heater and see if I cant get less fluid build up. When I say I got fluid build up on a scale of one to ten it was a five and later the same day it was gone so no biggie. Yesterday I started applying my dmso/paba and leech oil at the same time. I heard someone suggest on the forum to use leech oil with dmso and since I am already using both I figure i would apply them together to save time.

PE workout expansion: 6 inches

Injury update: The area I had injured which i referred to in my first post is completely fine. I am seeing no skin tears and I dont feel any excessive pressure higher than the rest of my penis when clamping in that area. I totally feel 100% and I think it is because of rest and leech oil.

When I get the pump in i will do a comparison between it and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words].
 
Used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] today. The suction was great but it got to a certain point and I couldn't get more. I guess this isn't a bad thing so I won't injure myself but having no real gauge unlike the vacutech I have no way to really measure the pressure. I am sure I use a higher pressure than the vacutech but I ended up with less fluid retention..... Weird how that works. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] might make a come back for me but then I will have to figure out what to do with the vacutech gear I have. I'll probably test the other pump i bought for the vacutech first before I come to a conclusion. My autoextender sleeves are supposed to arrive today. I am going to give those a try and see if they help with girth gains.

You are right and I was thinking about that. I had one before but it broke. If you have read my log you will see I did some pretty intense PE stuff in the past and I injured myself. I am wondering if this time around I should do PE more converservatively .... So many decisions.

I will probably do that review tonight.
 
I am still working on my review mentioned in the last post. I have a new found love for my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] which was actually a surprise to me because I thought this review would be very different. So anyway that review will be up eventually and I will probably post it here. The last couple of days I have been wearing the Autoxleeve .... It was really tight want I got it but I loosened it up and now it fits quite well. I am able to sleep with it on, wearing it during the day and even workout with it on. I am using it to see if it will happy with girth so in due time we will see how it all works out.
 
What I found out yesterday after falling asleep after wearing the autoxleeve after an intense girth workout ..... bad idea .... When i woke up 4 hours after falling asleep my penis circulation was restricted and it was hurting. in addition to that I had my fluid retention pushed into the area where the autoxleeve was not, which for me was in the area of the glands....... What sucked even worse was that I had to pull my autoxleeve over the fluid retention ... ouch ... never again directly after my girth workouts from now on I will do a 24 hour cock ring directly after and about 8 hours later i will do the autoxleeve.

Update on my routine: before I was finishing my routine with 30 minutes of clamped edging but now i changed it to 15 minutes of frendos followed by 15 minutes of clamped edging. We will see how that works.

Equipment: cable clamp, piece of silicone sleeve and stirrup shirt stay (http://www.amazon.com/Stirrup-Style...F8&qid=1396705967&sr=8-6&keywords=shirt+stays)

I put the sleeve around the middle of my penis then I take the two top parts of the stirrup shirt stay (which would connect with a shirt) and put one on each side of my penis. I clamp this in place with the cable clamp and put the foot through the stirrup. And actually yesterday I cut off the mental end pieces of the stirrup shirt stays and just made knots at the end of each (this is what keeps the shirt stay from sliding out of the cable clamp) and found this was more comfortable because I wouldn't get the occasional rubbing of metal against my cock or balls. I spent about 2 or 3 weeks on the Old School [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydropump[/words] before i came to a conclusion and I have been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] for about a year.
 
The last couple days I have been doing girth work everyday. On Monday (today is now Thursday) tried to superset [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] pumping (5 minutes) with frendos (15 minutes) but I didn't get good expansion at all. On Tuesday I then switched to ten minutes of bundled stretch as a warm up (under a heater) followed by 30 minutes of clamped edging,and finished with 15 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] pumping..... Not that great of expansion from this either. Last week I did super setting with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] and frendos and it seems the back and forth of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] pumping (5 minutes) and frendos (5 minutes) is what gave me extreme expansion but there looked like a lot of fluid.

I think I lime the warm up I have been doings and I like the increased level of girth work but frendos for me are best used as a finisher because unless you are uncut and can edge during frendos you aren't going to be able to push blood past the clamp and into the penis. I like ulis for this so I will back to ulis supersetted with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] pumping tomorrow and I will finish with 15 minutes of frendos. I might use two clamps for the ulis and frendos like I used to since there is no sign of my injury coming back.

An update on the Autoxleeve .... Well I found they were not very comfortable and didn't give a good stretch. If I used them after my girth workout I would get extreme fluid in the area not covered by the sleeve. After a couple hours in the base of my penis really started to hurt from just the sleeve up against it. Idk though and it might be an expensive experiment if I decide to go through with it. I mean I know I want a bit more length and I know also that length gains and having an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] will produce girth gains (my primary goal) so I will hAve to see what my money situation is like soon.

Awesome, looks like you have a great set up man!
I really like the frendo's aswell, but i've been doing them differently then how red created them, basicly i just get all clamped up like regularly, but instead of putting the two pieces of tile and clamps on, i just lay my dick flat on my desk and i use the side of a mason jar (i taped it up with duck tape for security) and just squash for a set amount of time, usually 40-50 seconds.
Then i reapeat this like 3-4 times and after that i take a short break, re-stimulate, then clamp off again and go at it for my 2nd set.
I do about 3-4 sets, usually takes about 25 minutes give or take, but what i've noticed is that my dick gets fat as fuck, in both ways my overall girth goes up anywhere from .5 to.75'' and my width goes from 1.5 to over 2'' flat across.
Honestly, i think that if i did them more regularly (i only do them once a week, and the expansion last like 5 days) i could potentialy gains an inch in six months!
just thought i'd add a little of what i do, to see if you do anything like this! lol :)

That's how I first did frendos however I found it was not giving honest pressure to the frendos because I eased up when it started to get uncomfortable. I switch to using clamps because then it was a standardized force and I couldn't cheat. That said I think unless you used these at the end of your workout or unless you are able to keep a solid erection, these will not work as well as other girth exercises. I love frendos when I get good expansion but for me it can be hit or miss because of erection quality. I haven't been able to do PE for about a week and now I am going to be busy and unable to do it for another ten days but when I get freed up I will be hitting PE hard. The focus of my girth work has been ulis but my hand strength doesn't produce as much pressure as frendos however frendos tend to push the blood out of my penis because my erection quality isn't equal or greater then the force created by the tiles. So when I get Freed up I will likely be doing ats rollers again to really get some good pressure going.
 
Ya some times the pain can be quite unbearable for me, but what i've noticed is if you push through it for a few sets, it get easier and less painful.
Also, i'd just like to add that i get better expansion overall (girth and width) from this exercise, then any other girth exercise i've ever done!
The reason you weren't getting the huge expansion is because, like you said you released pressure once it got to uncomfortable, the thing i've noticed is for the first 2 reps of a set when i'm still really erect the pressure is used to create and overall girth, it's only the last 2 reps that focus on width once my erection has gone down some, so infact im getting expansion in both ways by doing them i how i have set my workout up.
it may be to much for some but honestly these are hands down the best girth/width exercise i've ever done!
I would actually like to know how long the expansion last when you do the regular frendos?

My girth after a quality pumping and frendos workout is normally like 6.25 inches up from like 5.25 inches. I will say that when I used to watch adult entertainment and do these I got a really great workout but since I gave up adult entertainment for God I didn't get the same quality of workout from frendos. I'm not going to back to adult entertainment to just get the erection quality necessary for this exercise because I am so much better without it but if there was some way to get the same erection quality I would be golden.

Yea ... maybe but I tried cialis and that didn't even do it for me so I doubt L-Citruline would :(. I would probably need a large amount of cialis but I wasn't willing to take more. Leech oil did way more for me.

I think I mentioned posting my fitness stuff here too so here is my first post from my computer which I actually wrote a couple days ago:

Goal:

2) 10 minutes of High intensity interval cardio training twice a week
3) 3 bodybuilding workouts a week
4) Lose .5 body fat percent a week and no more than 1 or 2 lbs a week
5) Get to 8% body fat (need to lose 7%)
6) Get to 12% body fat by end of May
7) Get to 10 % body fat by end of June
8) Get to 8% body fat by 8/6/14
9) Use feeder workouts for all muscle groups
10) Workout calves twice a week

Current sizes –
Calves: 16.25 inches
Arms: 17.25 inches
Thighs: 25.5 inches (measured 8 inches below hip bone)
Waist: 34 inches (measured at belly button line)
Chest line: 41 inches (measured at nipple line)

None of those worked and ambien seemed to have given me insomnia yesterday so I think I am done with it . I know sleep is very important for not only losing fat and gaining muscle (because if you don't have good sleep your cortisol levels will be evaluated and you will store more fat) but also it is important to my mental health so fixing my sleep is number one on my agenda.

As far as sleep goes, I have been sleeping better this week because it was raining a lot and dark outside and I think the lack of light helped regulate my sleep schedule better. I am going to try one last blackout shade (shift shade) to see it if will get me the sleep that you normal sleepers take for granted. The shift shade is scheduled to come in on Tuesday (5/20/14). I haven't started the twice a week twenty minutes of cardio yet because typically on my off days from the gym I try to sleep in to sorta catch up on my sleep. Hopefully when I get everything straightened out sleep wise I will be able to include the cardio and really start seeing some fat loss.

Speaking of fat loss, I am down to 14.6% body fat from 15% .... My goal is about a half a percent a week. I measure my body fat using EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale which yes I know isn't 100% accurate but it gives me a number to work with. I still hope to drop 2% more body fat before the end of the month (and I know that is more than my goal of one half percent a week). I have been using the feeder workouts for chest and calves but the rest of my body doesn't seem to need that much attention. For those who are reading this and don't know what a feeder workout is check youtube for a variety of videos on the subject matter. I think the next time I post I will try to go over my specific goals as far as body measurements and maybe I will find a picture that best illustrates me goals.

PE workout has been the same as the bone mentioned but I missed several length workouts due to work and sleep. So update: I have been sleeping pretty well. I got in the Shift shade that I mentioned and it is a great product for those who have to sleep in the daytime (such as myself).

Shift shade review:
Value: 10, this is the cheapest and best constructed blackout shade I have seen so far.
Ease of use: 10, it keeps about one minute for me to put up the blackout shade.
Customer service: 8, I bought two shift shades. The first one I got was the wrong size (my fault) and I sent it back and got a refund (I didn’t get back my shipping). I bought another shift shade (the correct size) and the company did not give me trouble about my first returned product (I did mention I had the wrong size though).
My experience: I have been sleeping about 7 hours a night with ease (with maybe like one time waking up to go to the bathroom) whereas before I would toss and turn all tonight and wake up hourly. I am no longer sleepy all the time and I feel sooooo much better.
Notes: I have a large window to block out (72x72) so I use both the blackout ez shade (which I had already bought and cannot return because I cut it) behind the shift shade because it gives me an easier time blocking out all the light without having to make adjustments. Trust me, a 72x72 inch window is hard to blackout every day before bed so using two shade makes it easier and I don’t have to have it just right in order for the room to be pitch dark.

Bodybuilding: I am 200lbs down from 205lbs and down from 14.6% body fat to 14%. My percentages are probably a bit off because the scale isn’t 100% accurate but I will check again at the end of the week. My current PE routine: I don’t know why but I must be hurting for pain :)…. I did it yesterday (5 minute sets), supersetted with clamped ATS rollers.

The reason clamped pumping (which I had been doing for a long time with a cock ring) is so attractive to me is because with clamping you have to have enough force to get blood past the clamping via kegeling however if you don’t have a super strong PC muscle to overcome the force of the clamp then you will not be able to get a lot of blood into the penis to get it further than it’s normal size. Therefore if one was able to pump blood into the penis and get it past the clamp they could overcome their physical limitations and get to a larger clamped size which they could not normally do with just the use of their PC muscle.

Side note: I thought my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] was broken because when I fill it leaked but I found that when I held the bottom and got the suction going it didn’t leak at all.

I finished this PE workout with just 20 minutes of clamping …. Just to fill out the expanded cells and tissue. Very little fluid retention. My penis was quite sore from this whole workout but it definitely didn’t feel injured.

Yea you will not be disappointed. And for the price wow .... It is the cheapest one I have seen online but it is still the same quality as my much more expensive blackout shade.
 
Excellent journal Super. Thank you for taking the time to post the great detailed info. I've been doing some of the same pe stuff as you with the clamping, pumping, clamped and cock ring pumping, and I recently ordered the LG Hanger to aid with my length routine.
I have the wine vac mod on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] and find I can pump as much vacuum pressure as I can take with it on there until the base of my penis was hurting. I just bought a silicone comfort sleeve yesterday for my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] and it helped a lot with the gator bite discomfort.
I have been wearing a kind of silicone sleeve over my penis during my regular day to keep my penis from turtling and it keeps my flaccid hang full.

Thanks so much for commenting because it encourages me to keep posting. I know I have over a thousand views on this log but not many people have said anything so having the occasional encouragement is really fulfilling. I think after I start making serious gains people will comment more :). But I am going to keep plugging away because having this log not only provides encouragement but it also is a type of public accountability in that if I fell off people may come back to this log and ask me what happened. This log also always me to keep a log I can access anywhere, work, home or out and about so it is cool that when I think of something I can post it.

That said you are well on your way thickforsure and when you create a log I will be sure to follow it. So you said you do clamped pumping, what method do you use?

Hey Super yes I have been doing some clamping in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] pump but its a bit tricky cause I altered my clamp a bit to squish into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] rubber base by dremel tooling the clamp down in size a bit cause it is really squished in there and makes the base distorted while it vacuums down. I'm doing more cock ring pumping than the clamp pumping as of the last couple days because with the comfort sleeve I just bought the clamp doesn't fit as well. I'm using two tight cock rings to give more of a clamp type area being constricted.

I do 3 sets of 5 min of the pumping with jelquing and clamping in between sets.

I'm a bit torn on whether I should continue with this system because I really want to continue using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for length and doing the pumping and clamping makes my penis more girthy which makes it too tight to get into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] while still pumped, some days even the morning after my pump is still to swollen to comfortably get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] down on the base of my penis. I dremeled the base a bit but there isn't much plastic there to alter too much.

It stretches a lot and I put on over my penis shaft after PE and it keeps the flaccid stretch my whole day and I can wear it all day and night and causes no discomfort at all. I have to buy another one though to cut and add to the one I have cause the one I have is only about 3" so it goes nice on part of the shaft up to the glands keeping my penis from turtling but there is still some shaft uncovered so i could use more sleeve to even extend my stretched flaccid hang more.

Hope I'm not hyjacking your journal. I thought some of this info might be relevant to some of the PE you are also doing.

I wish I could pump to more pressure without the base of my pump pushing so hard into my pubic bone area and causing pain there. I don't have a pressure valve to tell what vacuum I'm pumping at but I imagine I could be pumping at higher pressure if it wasn't for the base pump pain.
I see some guys on the internet pumping so much their penises fill their pumps massively over like a 3 hr time frame of pumping but yes that's mostly water retention.
I wonder though if that water retention is still actually good for enlarging our penises over time because it is still expanding our tissues. Some of the expanded penis pics I've seen though are horribly ugly looking while pumped that big. Do you know if those guys permanently distort their penises from doing this or do they go back to normal after these long very swollen pump sessions? I'm hesitant to do these long water retention pump sessions.

And some of those guys are pumping their testicles into their massive pump chambers and engorging their testicles too. This is not an attractive thing to me or something I want to do but to each their own. It just makes me think that more serious pump times and pressures may be doable.

Yea I couldn't/wouldn't pump for hours. I couldn't because I don't have hours for PE and I wouldn't because when I have pumped for long periods of time the expansion I got was mostly fluid. If at the end of your workout you have a lot of fluid retention it seems to mean you don't have a ton of blood expansion which is what cause gains. Fluid retention doesn't cause gains it just stretches the skin because it is directly under the skin that the fluid is deposited. The next time you get fluid build up take your fingers and feel it and you will see that it is outside of your actual penis tissues. Some guys swear by long pumping and hey if it works for them then so be it but I would just go out on a limb and guess it took them years to make their gains because if they got a ton of fluid retention each workout then they were fighting against the bodies physiology in order to make gains.

I have never pumped both cock and balls, I have tried but never had a cylinder big enough. In PE I am very much an experimenter and I am most likely to say try something and then decide if it works or does not work for you.

I have heard that there are a couple well known people that made serious gains from extreme pumping. Supposedly Scott Taylor and Shane Diesel made serious gains but idk and you will not find any before and after pictures to confirm it. I think it is best to do your PE work in a more controlled and regulated fashion; however, if you have a burning desire to give it a shot I say go for it and learn from your experiences.

Thank your in depth reply Super! I agree with you I think the massive water retention pumping is very un necessary. I like to go to the max I can where I am getting a bit of WR then I back off and jelq more to spread the bit of WR I get around my penis to even it out more.
