A humble title to my log but hopefully I will make excellent gains.
As some of you know I decided to take time off from PE. The reason is simple, I did something dumb. A while ago I came across the thread “Clamped Pumping” which is here:

Now I don’t blame the thread but I came up with the not so genius idea of using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] and a cable clamp at the same time. At this time in my PE journey I wasn’t gaining and so I kept doing more and more extreme exercises in an attempt to get gains and in the end I hurt myself with the above mentioned exercise.
I don’t really know what I did … like what it is officially called (perhaps a damaged vein .. perhaps a blood clots idk) but the skin near the top of my penis on the left side under my foreskin looks like it was stretched out (like discolored as in like really light colored when it should be dark and it was scab over first an intense PE session) and when I clamp, the veins or whatever under the spot of discoloration start to hurt (just in that area) causing me to not get to higher pressures and makes me stop the exercise. I have actually had this injury for over half a year but I kept doing PE because…. well I wanted to get to my dream size. I think I became a little obsessed with PE insomuch that I couldn’t mentally take a break. I think PE is one activity that can easily consume us and cause us to be unhealthy in continuing to exercise even when we are injured so we as PEers have to be careful.
I sometimes took weeks off here and there and when I saw what looked like a normal looking penis, I jumped back into the exercises; however, the pain and skin tearing in the same spot resumed.
This time around I decided to take 2 months off. I have not done PE since early or mid-January,
I started using leech oil from the site Redzulu recommended (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...Exclusive-to-MOS-Members=&highlight=leech+oil). The leech oil is supposed to repair the circulation system which for me should mean the veins in the area of my injury will heal (the pain will go away). From using leech oil I have been seeing veins on my penis I have never seen before and saw a vein in the area where my injury is, which should be a good sign.
Today, 3/11/14, is going to my first day back to PE. I feel like the vein is probably healed and also I am a little impatient. It has been over a month and a half since I stopped PE so I think I would like to give it a go.
Equipment: Vacutech [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penis pump[/words] (using water), In line water trap (used to keep water from going into the pump gauge), clamp, leech oil (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...ive-to-MOS-Members=&highlight=leech+oil),cock ring, heater and Penilizer. I decided to use an old school cylinder because I was tired of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bite and because when I get bigger I can always buy another cylinder (as assumed to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and just an fyi I own all three). I think the old school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropumping[/words] will be better than new school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropumping[/words] because I will not have to deal with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] and I will know exactly how much pressure is being applied to my penis versus just having to go by the length indicator as with new hydropumps.
Plan: I am going to do a 5x5x3 workout, which is going to go back and forth between water pumping and clamping. I will finish my workout with about 10 minutes of the Penilizer (unclamped). I will use the heater during clamping.
3/11/14 … I had my first workout … perfect … no pain whatsoever where my injury was.
I will update this log periodically.
Current stats: 7.5 x 5.25 (it looks like I lost some girth during my time off... probably was not cemented)
Six month goal: 8 x 6
