Hey Mike, I am not sure if that comment was sarcasm, but either way sorry if I came off as a douche. You seem like a cool guy and really were my main source of motivation to start Penis Enlargement seriously, so my bad if I offended in any way.
Alright, so I just wanted to post an update:
I began hanging on 4/5/2013, and right now it is 9/21/2013
- If you go back and read the posts from the first two months of this thread, I thought I seemed to be growing at about 1 inch of BPenis EnlargementL per every 8 months. I believe I am growing slightly faster, maybe at a rate of something like 1 inch BPenis EnlargementL for every 7 months. I will list my measurments below, but in 5.5 months I have grown about .875 inches BPenis EnlargementL.
- My goal at the moment has only been length. I am going with the length first then girth idea for the most part. - For the past two months I have reduced my ejaculation drastically. In this time I have regularly gone about 3-7 days in a row without ejaculating (with the exception of one week when I was traveling where I did no Penis Enlargement and ejaculated at least once or twice every day).
These are my current measurements (starting stats are in the first post of the thread):
1. BPenis EnlargementL= 8 inches (I can reach 8 inches relatively easily, so I am comfortable saying it is my BPenis EnlargementL)
2. NBPenis EnlargementL= 6.5- 6.75 inches (It is something in that range)
3. BPFSL= 8.5 inches (about the max I can stretch)

5. EG= 5.75 inches (I really don't know how, but that about what I am at with a regular erection after not cumming for 5 days. It doesn't seem like it for some reason though no matter how much I measure)
6. I have not done heavy girth work like clamping or pumping since beginning hanging so keep that in mind)
7. Body Weight= 249 lbs (Almost exactly. Started this thread around 245 lbs, peaked at 273 lbs a few months ago, now I am consistently coming back down. I get really ripped around 205 lbs)
This has been my routine for about the past 2 months, in which I went from something between 7.5- 7.75 inches BPenis EnlargementL to my current 8 inches BPenis EnlargementL (Everything is done 7 days a week, and I do not reduce my workout much unless I am just to tired to do more. Also, as I said before, I did no Penis Enlargement for one week straight when I was travelling) :
1. Hang 2 sets a day. Every set is exactly 20 minutes timed. I am currently at 21.25 lbs and will probably move up .5 lbs or maybe 1.25 lbs tomorrow. The first set I only do BTC seated hanging. The second set I try to mainly do BTC, but I also frequently spend something in the range of 3-8 minutes doing OTL to the right and left.

Almost every single day I do untimed [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] mainly to make my horniness stop without having to ejaculate. I sometimes do this multiple times a day, and instead of timing focus on creating as much expansion as I usually am able to.
3. I try to do (but often do not have time to) 1 set in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] directly after one of my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] sessions. I set the bars so that I can comfortably strap in, but then go to full tension so I believe I get around my BPFSL (maybe a bit more or less). I don't time myself in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] anymore, I just try to go for as long as I can until my glans get too numb, which I assume happens somewhere in the range of 45-60 minutes.
4. I also randomly do A stretches or DLD Blasters. My dick has definitely gotten longer so I can now comfortably fit my wrist between my penis and my other arm in nearly any position I am sitting. I DO NOT DO THESE CONSISTENTLY, BUT I FEEL THEY ARE A GREAT WAY TO HELP LENGTH. I was never a fan or believer that normal manual stretches do much, at least not for me. The A Stretches and DLD Blasters, however, feel great and I really should do them consistently.
I have revised my goals to the following:
BPenis EnlargementL: 11 inches
NBPenis EnlargementL: Something between 9.5 to 10.5 inches (This is my main length goal, but I am not sure how my fat pad is going to factor in or at what ratio of BPenis EnlargementL/NBPenis EnlargementL I will grow)
EG: 7 inches (I am not sure about girth yet because I am focused on length. I will probably revise this goal, especially considering I think girth is more important than length). [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words]: 6- 6.5 inches (I don't really care that much about this, but it can't hurt for the women to notice a big bulge).
