Awesome stuff. I suggest not even cumming the day of the date? Why? You probably want to be in the same mindset you were in when they gave you the number, right? Also, if you have sex, who cares if you cum quickly? She's not going to be there 20 min later for you to go again for half an hour? Then another time after that? Just be like, whoops! I jerked off three times today. I have jerked off way too much since yesterday. The lack of sex for about a year now has totally gotten to me. Overall I would say, and I'm not just saying this to say it and it may not be bad as it sounds, but this probably has been the worst year of my life. I'm only 25, so that means I haven't had that many years on earth and particularly as an adult, but yeah my 24th year of life was easily the worst. Trying my best to keep things going despite a time crunch. I really want to try OTS hanging. Something tells me that contrary to Bib's theory, OTS can cause gains at the same right as BTC despite LOT. It just feels like it stretches the ligs too, and has the added benefit of putting more of the stress on the bottom of the ligs, as opposed to the top where the stretch is felt with BTC.

Just let me know if you want me to remeasure, because I feel as though I have gained a bit more. The only issue is I need a couple of days without ejaculation to give an accurate measurement.

Just thought I'd update my thread. I decided not to post regularly because I felt it was a symptom in causing me to obsess over gains, which is something I think is a long term thing anyways.

I have made the following gains though:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.5 inches
BPFSL: 8.5 inches

My previous best BPenis EnlargementL was about 7.375 inches, and my best BPFSL ever, which was very hard to duplicate was 8.25 inches. I was actually very easily able to stretch to 8.5 inches BPFSL and probably could have been able to stretch a tiny bit further tbh. Also, I have added extra 1/2 inch bars to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], so I am definitely seeing gains.

I have changed my routine to the following, and I think these changes have actually been causing me to gain slightly faster.

1. I dropped my sets of hanging down to only 2 a day because of time and comfort issues. I am still moving up in weight though, and am just below 18 lbs BTC right now.

2. I was finally able to get in DLD's A stretch after over half a year of Penis Enlargement. That is where you grab your penis below the glans like a regular stretch, but you use your free hand like a lever by putting it under your penis and grabbing the wrist of the hand you are using to stretch. This was the basis of how to do the DLD blasters, which is what I generally do in this position. TBH I feel like the A stretch has been a huge reason in causing my gains. It gives a great stretch that nothing else really compares to.

3. I have limited my ejaculation drastically and even went 6 days without cumming once.

4. I also began to deal with my frequent erections from not ejaculating by doing slow squash jelqs and also clamping off at the base of my penis with my fingers and edging and kegeling that way. These things has caused me nice temporary and I believe permanent girth and possibly length gains, but I haven't measured girth yet officially.

5. As I mentioned I added 1/2 inch bars to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], and now am able to stretch out in the range of 8 to 8.25 inches while extended. I now use it mainly to supplement my other work or as much as I feel I have time. Some days that means not at all, some days that's as low as half an hour, and some days it is up to a few hours (although that has been really rare lately).
