Well, I hang basically between the cheeks, which is done mainly to stretch the ligaments. I also have a high LOT according to BIB, which he said gives me a lot of potential for lig gains. You might/might consider more rest time as well just to see what happens. Something like two days off a week back to back might reveal to you whether or not your gains are being inhibited by fatigue.

Hmm, I actually have taken your advice already in a certain sense. I have reduced parts of my routine because I am worried I may be overworking things. Since I added the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I have paid very close attention to how my dick feels because I don't feel comfortable doing any kind of Penis Enlargement as long as 45 minutes at a time (as I do with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]). Hey just to let you know, I figured out that using a weight bench (like one of those reclining ones or straight benches) to hang BTC would be very ergonomic. Back totally straight for the duration, put your feet up on a bed or something higher up.. The only issue may be the bench being too low to the ground, which could be solved by elevating it using 2"x6" pieces of wood under each leg. Just thought I'd share this discovery.

I am having erection issues currently, that is why I am focusing on kegels. Plus doing 400 quick kegels only takes me like five minutes, so what's the harm.

Alright, so today was my first day in about three months since starting to hang that I was lazy and didn't really do anything. I have come to a few conclusions though, which I will write below what I did for the day:

Alright, first off I am not going to ejaculate for two weeks to see the effect that it has on me. If it is positive I will reduce ejaculation by a lot and limit it to a few times a week. So tomorrow begins my 14 days without ejaculating experiment.

Additionally, I am now convinced that many of the big gainers, and especially the fast gainers, did so at least in part because of jelqing. I may be thinking of this the wrong way, but it seems to me that when you stretch manually, by hanging, or in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you do slowly lengthen the penis. With that being said, I think regular jelqing helps amplify those gains because you are using your erect state to fully pressure those gains. I will have my own place in a couple of months, and when that happens I am going to try a 2.5 month experiment where I reduce either my hanging time or time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and throw in a 20 minute jelq session. If my length gains after that time are higher than .25 inches, I'll continue using the jelq in conjunction with my length work. I firmly believe jelqing is probably the best overall exercise out there, and even though it is mainly a girth workout, I believe it is also phenomenal for length and erection quality.
 
Alright so I just measured again to see if I got anything, and I actually measured slightly smaller than before. Very disheartening. That could be a temporary issue though because I did nearly nothing yesterday. From now on I am going to save the measuring for every 200 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Also, I am going to try to work out to longer sets. I currently try to do four sets of 45 minutes in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but sometimes I end up doing something like two 45 minute sets and then three 30 minute sets. I am going to try to move up 5 minutes a set every two weeks or month depending on how it feels. In that way I think I will slowly boost my total time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and hopefully further help push gains.

This is my plan for now:

1. My next measurement will be in 14 days because during that entire time I will not ejaculate. I know that is too short of a time to be able to tell, but I want to check anyways. I excessively masturbate in my opinion (a regular day is at least two or three times ejaculating) so I want to log if this makes a difference in my gains. Based on that I will decide how to move forward with regards to masturbation.

2. Next after that I will measure at 200 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and also by the last week of August. If I make no gains then I will change things up. If I am only at between 7.375-7.625 BPenis EnlargementL then I will switch to include jelqing in my routine. Alright, so what I am about to write will solely be determined by Bib's response to what I just sent him. I am now considering doing a hanging routine something like what Dashdeming wrote in the Hardcore Hanging sticky. I am going to drop down to only two sets a day, 7 days a week, and move up by .5 lbs a week. The main reason I want to try this is to save time, so if I can get the same results with a lot less time that would be good. I will still be doing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as much as possible though. So if Bib gives me advice that my plan seems good, I will be doing it until the beginning of September before checking the results.

I am going to try different things from now on and test them on a two month basis. Like after this two months of 2 sets hanging plus extending, I will either add jelqing or manual stretching to the routine depending on how well I gain. As I said in the last post, if I basically gain anything more than .25 inches by the end of August I'll stick to what I'm doing now for at least another two months.

You're right, he basically said just that. After thinking about it though, I think I am going to commit to 4 hanging sets a day no matter what. The only difference is I am going to split up my sessions. I was actually beginning to favor the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] because it is much easier to put on and take off, but I've only ever heard of gains of over two inches in length between hanging vs. extending to be from hanging (that is from sources I can somewhat rely on, not on what the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] website claims).

I am certainly not saying I will drop extending altogether, and I certainly want to use it as much as possible, but my priority will be getting my 4 sets of hanging done a day. So I have decided how I am going to treat ejaculation.
