I'm hanging right now and I'm feeling like fatigue is settling in finally. This is the fourth 20 minute 15lbs set of the day. I'm usually like clockwork with fatigue so I guess today is the day that I will either switch to hanging strictly SD again or move up in weight to get to fatigue faster with SO angle. I'm thinking SD at 15 and 13 is do-able but I'll have to see first thing tomorrow. Or if I have time tonight I'll try another session and see how long it takes to reach fatigue SD with 15 lbs. Probably not long...I guess this is going to be a bit of a challenge for me to guess appropriately.
 
I did hang SD tonight and am finishing off my last set for the night....

I did 4 20 minute 15lbs sets SO and 3 20 minute 13 lbs sets SO

Then later I did:

1 20 minute 15 lbs set and 2 20 minute 13 lbs set all SD.

My LOT is now 7. I'm not sure I should be going back to SD then...I'm going to try SO for a little longer. I haven't been at it that long so I'll just keep adding weight. I'll probably move up to 18 lbs sometime next week probably Sunday.
 
Ok here's the deal for me the next few days...

Tomorrow I will do 4 20 minute 15 lbs sets SO and 4 20 minute 13lbs sets SO

Then Wednesday I am going to stop and rest, but will do 300 wet jelqs.

Then Thursday...I will do the same 8 sets I've done the last few days...until Sunday and will attempt to move up to 18 lbs SO.

I'll see about a routine after the max is established again.

Yeah and instead of jelqing and resting fuck it I'm hanging a little while afterwards after my pump has gone down. I don't need to rest. If anything just keeping it going is best. It's like a marathon and a sprint all in one...don't want to save anything or leave anything on the track if you don't have to. err or something
 
That's what I've been doing as well. I think I've only rested 3 days so far since the first week of February.


Wet Jelqed for 30 minutes straight today...warmed up and down for that...

warmed up for 4 20 minute 15lbs sets SO and 4 20 minute 13 lbs sets SO

I need to get my wrapping down again...today and yesterday I had rewrap a few times and today I actually should have rewrapped every set because the wrap went up over the front of the glans. Doesn't feel good, but as far as taking away from the hanging/weight no problem there.
 
I went up to 18 lbs today...

Did 3 20 minute sets at 18 lbs SO...and 4 20 minute sets at 15 lbs SO

Felt great. But once again my wrap started creeping up again for a few sets and I have to say it's pissing me off cause it pinches the glans.

way to fucking be dropsets for the dick never thought it would come to this but if its anything near as intense as it is in weightlifting you might wanna take a break to allow your Unit to heal a little bit, I know guys that live by dropsets cause their short of time and they need at least 3 days between working the same body parts.

But if that is not the case then its on like donkey Kong and rip that shit up.
 
yeah it's nothing like bodybuilding. You've got to "ride the fatigue" as often and as long as you can. I'm not sure how it works for the upper angles like Over The Shoulder hanging, but when it comes to SD and SO (I think with SO anyway) the less time you give the ligaments to get stronger or recover the less chance you have at gaining. It's important to keep the ligs constantly at the lengths they are while the weight is pulling down on them in order to achieve longer penis length. Over time the ligs and internal penis structures, at least I think anyway, become longer/expressed. It takes a lot of hanging to get results from what I gather.

OHHHH OH,....dude yup I liked that night...I'm going to get to know her this summer hopefully a little bit more. I don't know if she is still with her boyfriend or not, but I'll have to find out.

When your weight becomes uncomfortable, do not be afraid to reduce it for EVERY set. You will still have fatigue, but it will be bearable.

lol...SO for me so far is not as intense as SD standing up, but it's probably because I've been hanging SO for a while now. I WON'T be moving up in weight anytime soon.

I might change over to SD completely next week around Sunday night...

This Sunday I am going to do a "shock" routine. There is a thread about them on the main Penis Enlargement forum here. I'd heard of people doing this back when I first started, but only really tried it once. Plus it wasn't really anything much more than a few extra sets and like 200 more jelqs or something.

I'm going to hang 4 20 minute sets at 18 lbs SO and 3 sets of 20 minutes at 15 lbs SO and 3 sets of 20 minutes at 13 lbs SO on SUNDAY! Look out!

I have gained about .25 inch (from hanging) just barely below that like the least you can without it being .25 inch on the ruler. But I always measure sitting down. When I stand up I know my measurement is less than it is when sitting. I look like I am still about 6.75. I've measured twice (2 different days) to make to sure I have gained that .25 inch in EL, but I haven't measured standing up. From what I can remember and someone tell me if I'm wrong, but from what I can remember is that DLD's expressive stretching could help change all that. It was either that or there was a diagram that someone posted that inspired DLD (along with reference to the bulb like area where Mandingo's shaft exits his body) to come up with this exercise. I think I can gain still and have it show up if I keep gaining in terms of when sitting down. The next time I measure which I will set that date for June 1 I'll measure my standing up measurements.

I hope I can get this taken care of. I have two final papers to write from now until June 7th so I'll be researching shit like mad in a couple days. I'll have mad time to hang like I have been, I'm sending out 12 bucks to DLD for cable clamps, and 90 bucks to backlashleather.com for a 1/2 inch surgical steel ball stretcher. So I'll be hanging, kegeling, ball stretching, clamping, researching, and writing this whole month. Then like June something I'll be workign full time and I'll be tired as hell and I'll probably just hang and clamp every now and then. But without school work I'll still be able to party and lift weights 2 times a week like I'm planning. It's just this month is going to be crucial for my grades and whether or not I'll be able to get a scholarship to a better college. I'm not so worried as much about it for some reason though. I want my dick to get big. That's really all.

This is what I go through. I make a gain and then I don't really enjoy it because I keep going and most of the time I go harder to make my next gain. Then I go through a period of like a month or more where I feel like I didn't make a gain and it isn't bigger. Some days I know it is bigger, but then like other times when I'm in the shower I'll see my flaccid size and think there is no way it is bigger.

AH! Hopefully, all this hanging and this ball stretching, and clamping will lead to a all around bigger flaccid cock.

What a feeling SD is for a whole workout. Won't need to change it for a while I think.

One thing though. My SD sets are standing up and it is a pain on my back. Don't know why. I try not to slouch although my posture is like a slinky going down the steps. I try to sit up straight but end up hunched over most of the time. My dad has a chronic bad back...thrown it out a few times, so I'm going to have to watch it if this becomes a consistent problem.
 
god I hope I'm gaining length because I just measured girth and I'm now 4.9 inches in girth. I should have kept up n my jelq routine. I sent some money to DLD for a cable clamp so I'm going to be starting that soon as possible. I'll have to make sure I do my girth well after I do my length. Don't want to help strengthen those ligaments and internal structures that might make it harder to gain length. Don't want to lose any more girth. I thought my dick was looking a little skinnier. Sucks. Yet another setback.
