Something I want to know...do you wrap before you hang or no and if you do how much wrap do you use?

Also, when hanging I couldn't figure out what the website meant, but it said never to adjust certain parts or screws or something like that???What does that mean, which part am I not supposed to loosen or adjust or whatever??
 
I did my regular length routine (variation of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]) with the 10 extra straight down sets. Tonight I am going to approach the jelqing differently. I'm no longer going to count the jelqs, but instead am going to jelq for 1 hour with a minute break in the middle of the hour. Then I am going to work on doing Ulis. I am going to jelq too when holding the Uli up to the head with the other hand.

Tomorrow I'll do Erect Stretches...and either 15 1 min sets of up or down stretches with a leg elevated.

Yes i do wrap , ive tried it without wrapping and it just feels like rugg burn on your member. I wrap with a cotton bandanna i cut up 3 1/2 inches wide and wraps about 5 times around me :)

So, what does the hanger look like....i mean where are the screws or whatnot that aid with adjustments??On the sides of it I'd imagine right? When you first got it did you have to play around with it a lot to get used to it or did you just put it on and really found it easy to use right away? thanks for anything you can offer man
 
Hey bro , im not sure weither mines the hanger or starter i asked for starter but in my notes i gave to bib it said cant afford the bib hanger so im getting this one ... maybe he sent me a hanger just for supporting him i dont know , hey i ant complaining !

The bib has 3 screws 2 of them you dont touch on the underside of it. When you open it the top of it opens and the bottom stays closed , the screw on the top side of it is the one you need to get used to. You need to find the right pressure at which you want the bib to be ( meaning tightness ) thats the part i find hard cuz if its to loose it feels like your getting rug burn when you hang. Its easy to use you just have to get the wrap right and you'll be fine. Start with 5 pounds for 15 min i think that gave me more of a stretch than i ever have had doing normal manual stretching , this is because of the constant stretch being preformed :)

last night I did 30 minutes of Ulis holding each Uli for 30 seconds each. I didn't count, but that made it easier for me to get things going. Oh and not counting jelqs and just doing them for a set time rules.

Okay, I received the Bib Hanger and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] on Friday. I worked with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] for about 10 minutes Friday to see how it works. I printed out a few posts on how to do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] exercises too. It's definitely a better stretch overall, but it feels different ....don't know. Only the first try.

I began hanging yesterday, but was short on time. It took me about 30 minutes to read through the information Bib has on his site to figure out what to do with wrapping and then with the hanger itself, but mostly the wrapping took up most of that time. Then I hanged 2 sets of 3 lbs for 10 minutes. When I got home last night I hanged 2 sets of 15 minutes of 3 lbs.

Tonight I am not sure what I will hang for. I plan on waiting a week or so before I plan out the # of sets and times.

I know on Monday I will try to move up to 5 lbs just to see what it feels like. 3 lbs wasn't anything at least last night it wasn't much until like the last set it was really tugging inside my penis and ligs. I tried laying down on my bed with my feet on the ground and it felt like I was really getting somewhere then. The reason why I want to move up to 5 lbs is not only do I feel like I can do it I just want to know what the most I can handle is right now. But I have no problem moving back down to 3 lbs if it turns out to be too much right now.

I had a massive problem with wrapping couldnt get a nice non pinching wrap but i think ive got it know .... With constant hanging you'll notice you get a good strain when you hang the next day like i said constant stretch from a hanger is by far the best form of stretching for length in my opinion ! Hope all is going well and keep crankn that bib !!!
 
Yeah I didn't have the problem like you did with the pinching, but it was more like just fguring out what size pieces I should cut. Only when I started to read the Bib site did I get an idea of what I should do. I got it down pat now.

Yeah, it is a bit better than having to use your hands constantly. I was getting fucking carpel tunnal (sp) or whatever it seemed from manual Penis Enlargement. LOL I'll go back to manual in 1 year from now if I haven't seen anything from this. The way it feels when I am hanging though is just amazing considering I couldn't even get much of a tug with my hands. I had to use as much leverage as I could to get even the least bit of pull in the ligs. Shit, plus I can do research and read books for school while I'm hanging.
 
I'm going to use Fridays and Saturdays whenever I have the time to do wet jelqs from now on. I want to eventually dedicate most of my free time for hanging eventually. I know next quarter I'll be taking 20 hours in credits so I'll have to set time aside to do a lot more studying, but I can't do that if I'm rock hard and have vaseline all over my hands so I'll be honest with myself and just say I might only be doing jelqs once every week or once or twice every other week in the Spring for certain.
 
Last night: hanged 4-10 minute sets at 5lbs. (unbelievable...never had that feeling in a stretch before ever)

hanged 4-15 minute sets at 3lbs.

Just wanted to check in today and log what I did.

6 10 minute sets at 5 lbs
4 15 minute sets at 3 lbs

I am not too sure if I want to do the same 2 hour hanging session like last night. Today my wood was a little bit well it just felt weird today. My dick wasn't in pain last night either at all. I just think I took it too far with 2 hours of hanging. I rest for 10 minutes between sets, but I don't jelq but once or twice a session like Bib has suggested to others in the past. I took a break to eat somethign last night after 4 10 minute 5lb sets and 2 15 minute 3 lb sets, but later that night I did 2 more sets of 5 lbs for 10 min and 2 more sets at 3lbs for 15 minutes. I'm thinking I need to take it easier tonight.

Tonight I will hang 3 10 minute sets at 5 lbs
5 15 minute sets at 3 lbs

Less time at the higher weight...less time overall...and it still is 1 3/4 hours long of a workout. That is still the second longest I've hanged in a session so I think that's better than last night.
 
Allllllll riiiiiiiiiiiiiight...Hung 3 10 minute sets at 5 lbs and 5 15 minute sets at 3 lbs. Warmed down with hot-wrap, but did not warm up. It was really good. I get more internal pressure it seems on the sides of my penis with the heavier weight and with the longer duration and less weight I get more of a lig pull for some reason. Maybe it's me.

You mean like moving on from 5 to say 8 and then having the lower weight be 5 lbs? That's what I was planning, but I just started this Saturday so I really have nothing set in stone. I tried 2 hours of hanging a few nights ago and my penis was pretty sore even when erect I could feel it lol, but since I reduced my time hanging to 1 hr 45 minutes I've been sound.

I'm thinking in a month's time (12th of March) since that will be the next time I measure (I'm measuring all stats tomorrow) that I will assess things from there. I'll know whether or not I've gained and have a better idea of where to go. But the amount of weight I'll move up to is set in stone or at least in my Penis Enlargement journal lol.

Last night DAMN! I felt that shit. I did 3 sets at 5 lbs for 10 minutes then followed it up with 6 sets at 5 lbs for 15 minutes each set. Crazy.

Going to do the same later today.

Well, I didn't gain ANYTHING in length and that made me a little frustrated to say the least. But with my hanging going well, I think in a month's time I'll see some results. I can only stay positive.

I forgot to measure girth too, but I was so tired after work last night and hanging ( I got home just before 11:30) so by the time I measured it was like a job getting it up. I might measure girth tonight, but a bit earlier. Probably at 10pm or so. Just got to keep my head up and go.
 
I did not work girth like I said I might, but I did do a lot of hanging.

3 10 minute sets at 5 lbs

6 15 minute sets at 5 lbs

1 20 minute set at 5 lbs

1 5 minute set at 3 lbs

I need to warm down every time. I haven't warmed up and down but like a few times and I see that my dick is more shriveled and thin in the morning after.

I haven't done a consistent kegel routine for a couple weeks either. I did 200 kegels last night to sort of get back at them. I'll do some in the shower tonight though.

I haven't done an ab workout in a while, but my abs look as tight as ever. I do have a little less definition I guess you'd say on the side around the hips like I did a few months back when I was going at it a lot. I haven't moved up in weight for my bench press but I've gone up to 8 reps per set so that's pretty good. I've only got 2 more weeks left in this winter quarter for school so I can't wait for that shit. Got 1 month off after that until the Spring quarter and then my life will blow again. toodles peeps
 
Sorry to hear you didn't gain any. Looking at the post above are you sure you are not doing too much? That just seems like a lot to me, expecially since you have recently got into hanging. GL and keep up the dedication. :)

Are you reaching a fatigued state with 5 pounds? I mean, as you drop the weight to 3lbs. are you completely fatigued?
 
Hmmm....you know today I can say for sure I was fatigued after my hanging session but it raises a good point I don't understand how I could have missed.

Today I did 3 10 minute 5 lbs sets 5 15 minute 5 lb sets and 1 5 minute 8 lb set. I couldn't do any more than 5 minutes with 8 lbs attached to the hanger.

8 lbs is too much for me. There has only been a few nights which I can say that I could go for another 15 minute set, but the others not a chance. And now I don't even drop to a lower weight anymore. I stick just to 5 lbs. I think I was missing the point of dropping the weight at the end a bit. But I know I am fatigued after the session I have been doing for a couple days now with just 5 lb sets. I like the session I had today especially. I can feel it right now. My flaccid hang is a tad bigger lately. I really enjoy hanging. I got some research done as well for school. It sucks though because for the first time in a long time I seem to have writer's block. I think I need rest. I'm going to go to sleep before 11:00 tonight and get up real early. I'll hang in the morning and see if I can't get writing too.
 
This morning I did 3 10 minute sets 5lbs...4 15 minute sets 5 lbs...1 20 minute set 5lbs...and 1 5 minute set 8lbs. had a circulation problem but it wasn't anything I couldn't fix by adjusting my wrap. It was the first set and I saw that my head was twisted to the right while hanging and it felt weird so I started over after I rewrapped. I guess when i pulled it out to pull the skin back I must have twisted it during the wrap.

I saw the movie Saw. It was fucked up. I'm not buying it now. lol I also saw another crapy movie. Saw was all right, but not good enough to own. Oh and Orgasmo is coming out on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] I heard so sweet.

Worked out twice so far this week. My abs are still looking nice even though I've stopped doing any ab workouts. I want to do one tomorrow some time before work so hopefully I'll do that.

Yesterday I noticed the last few days I've had wrapping problems. I twist my little guy to either the left or right slightly while pulling it away from my body when wrapping. This causes it to lean to the left or right and sometimes when hanging my head gets twisted and I have to rewrap, but the last few days as I have said I still can't fix this problem. I am thinking of changing to an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] as opposed to the Theraband stuff I bought. It seems like cloth would be as easier alternative to wrap quickly and efficiently. I don't know though. But last night I almost felt an injury was going to happen. The top of my dick under my glans started to really hurt for a few seconds when I started to hang on my like 4th set yesterday. The aforementioned problem was the culprit. It was a close call, but I rewrapped and everything was fine afterwards. I made the mistake too of only having my laptop as the only source of light. I started in the mid afternoon and ended at about 6:30. Been warming up and down though so I should see some kind of gains soon I'd think. Whether it be in FSL or [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] or shit I'll take anything I can get right now. But tomorrow rest. Then Friday get back to it like a champ.

Tonight- 6 20 minute 8 lb sets
 
Hydromaxmm...i need to reevaluate my Hanging schedule...no gains and the flaccid hang isn't as long as it was when I started (like 2 weeks into it it was hanging nicely). Now I think I am over working my penis. I think maybe in the process I have quickly changed my penis into working overtime to make my ligaments stronger. I'm not hanging today. I will tomorrow, but then I will try out a 1 on 1 off routine like I did as a newbie. Maybe this will work...I'll see.

Day 1- Hang 6-20 minute sets at 8 lbs

Day 2- Rest

Day 3- Hang 6-20 minute sets at 8 lbs

Day 4- Rest

Day 5- Hang 6-20 minute sets at 8 lbs

Day 6- Rest

Day 7- Hang 6-20 minute sets at 8 lbs

One of these days I will seriosuly start girth, but I am starting to wonder if I should just order some cialis or something. Too many times when I have been motivated mentally to do girth work my dick doesn't get up for the task period or weakens after 30 minutes. Jelqing is never a problem...I can stay at least 90% hard for an hour straight, but like any compression type shit and it plunkers out on me within a half hour. I never seem to get maximum expansion anymore either when I try girth.

Lol, and those liquid egg whites I was talking about getting a month or so back. I got those things in February or something and I froze both packages. I don't know if I want to take them now. I might start taking them in the spring. School is over for me now or at least till the end of the month. That is sweet, but it's gotdamn cold out all the fucking time. I hate it. I hate this shit. I'm moving to the south again when I graduate. Somewhere in maybe Florida or Tennessee. I've lived in TN before back when I was a kid so I know I'd like it there. lol. I get too damn ahead of myself. I'm hanging in a little bit. Probably at 3:30. Been doing kegels too lately. Last couple days anyway.

I just read a thread in the hanger's section that made me really think about what my new schedule would be like. It would arbitrary as Bib put it. There's not a real point to having a 1 on 1 off schedule. I think 6 on 1 off is best. I don't want to hang every day anyhow. I don't think I could do it every day for months at a time and then rest only a few days before starting back up again. 6 days 1 off is good for me.

Fuck that other schedule. This is a copy of the post...makes perfect sense.

If you can hang seven days a week, that it great. But there will come times when you have to take some time off. When you simply cannot handle any more stress for a day, etc. Days off are fine, but not because of some arbitrary schedule, but because you need it to prevent eminent injury. Controlled damage is good, injury is bad.

I feel confident that any connective tissue could grow, strengthen, and adjust to about any weight within reason. But of course, the goal is not how much weight you can hang, but growth. So the stress level needs to always be at least a tad past the point of stable tissues.

6 20 minute sets at 8 lbs.

Between each set I stretch my flaccid penis out as far as I can I know it is much longer than what it normally is. Is there any correlation between this and a soon to occur gain?
 
Just finished 6 20 minute 8lb sets and 1 10 minute 5 lb set.

I plan to move up to 10 lbs next week. I don't think going up to say 8 20 minute 8lb sets just to reach fatigue is worth it. I'll probably be at that point next week where I would have to do more sets at 8 lb for fatigue to be reached.
 
2 days to go till you measure , i hope you've gained something bud i havent yet but i also changed position im hanging OTS now for 6 sets of 20 at 14 lbs because of a lowish lot. Will be here on the 12th to see whats happened :)
 
Yeah....I didn't measure. I've been working a lot and still have managed to hang every day man! But the 12th I hanged and was not feeling up to the task of measuring. I also got a camera as I have been working quite a bit more. So once I make my way up to the big 7 inch mark I can put it up and use that as a tool of inspiration so to speak. Good luck on your efforts. That's too bad you haven't gained yet. Well, off to record my last Hanging entries....
