I like pulling the ULI hand forward until I can feel maximum expansion, hold it for 45 seconds, then take about 20 seconds to pull the ULI hand forward for the Slammer, and finally hold below the glans and at the base for a 20 second Horse 440. Gotta be vigilant on the internal pressure during the Horse440, though ;)

Sounds like a great routine. What are "toilet compression squeezes?"
 
Uh, the toilet compression squeezes are an exercise for width I believe. It's a part of phase II of the paysite. It is basically getting erect (I think it says 95% erect) I guess that means as close as possible to fully engorged?? while sitting at the toilet and then placing the base of the penis over the lid and using your hand to push down or squeeze that part of it. Hold for 30 sec and repeat two more times. This is all done erect obviously and then move up to mid shaft and do it three times and then finally up to just below the glans.
 
I'm hoping the wet jelqs are going to work lol because these things as simple as they are just kill me. I think it is because I do all my Penis Enlargement late at night perhaps, but I get so tired from doing them. It's nice and fat after I'm done and that's cool and showing some progress or something but still.

I'm with you buddy! I prefer to Penis Enlargement in the morning because, let's face it, at night I'd rather just relax. Also, I get wood easily in the morning = easier and more pleasant to Penis Enlargement.

Guess what I found out recently? You can use a cockring as a fulcrum for manual stretching. Just hook your finger in the ring while flaccid and pull in the oposite direction. I did V, A and side stretches with my chrome cockring a couple of days ago. It was pretty intense because the ring is not that wide . . . I'm sure that the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] is a better option, but the cockring will do in a pinch (no pun intended) rofl .

I will check in periodically to this journal my weight and measurements of arms and calves. I don't really care about the size of my chest just its appearance. I think I will add these measurements into my signature when I get a chance to get an utmost accurate measurement.

The next objective is really just something I should keep doing considering it has everything to do with my major. One day I'd like to look back and know I have written a novel, a play, and created a comedy through any medium. This will be something only I can really keep track of, but surely I'll keep up here on the other areas I need improvement.

I messed around with my length routine for the night. I kind of had a weird going with it. I couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted to do. It was a short workout. I might need to add to it. I did 5 sets of 30 sec A stretches, 5 sets of straight up stretches (30 sec) 10 sets of straight down stretches with my right leg elevated (1 min), 3 sets of BTC to the center (30 sec), and then tried...i repeat tried to do clock bends, and I failed...I do not know how to do them...then I did a few Supra Slammers.

Nothing tonight...at least Penis Enlargement wise. My body needs to hit the weights. I need to get that money order in a mailbox and send it out for my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] so I can get working on trying out a different kind of workout. I think I will try it out on like Thursdays or Fridays depending on what kind of work I have due for the week.

As for your comments re:my Penis Enlargement routine. I'm telling you heat is the way to go. I did my manual stretches this AM in the hot tub and it was SO nice. A little awkward at times though. LOL If your gym has one maybe you can just turn up the bubbles so no one can see....

Onto your routine- By the exercises you choose I can't tell if your LOT is low, high, or in the middle. I've got it easy, mines at 12 so I can't fuck up no matter what I do. LOL

I started elevating my leg onto my computer desk as I stretched at the downward angles. It give me a really good leverage. I started that like I think in the first week of December or maybe a little earlier I'm not sure. At least consistently I did start in December.

Yeah I know what you are talking about in the gym. I just had a nice upper body workout. I pushed 140 (lol please don't make fun) 8 times for 3 sets and that is the best I've done at that weight thus far. I'm a skinny guy trying to work my way up. Slowly but surely...haha

My LOT at last check was 9 so I am going for the downward angles particularly straight down. I never really wanted to work strictly what my LOT suggests so I mix things up in terms of angles.

I've got class in the morning so I'm probably off to bed in a few.
 
That should actually have read starting February 12th. It would do little to measure on the 12th since I just measured on the 25th or 26th or whatever it was.

With 10 sets straight down and left leg elevated. While I was doing those down stretches to the left and with those down to the right I elevate a leg also with these by the way but I continued doing a variation that I'd been messing with. My leg is elevated and whichever one is that is the side I am doing the stretch. When I stretch say down to teh left I pull down as far as I can to the left and down but I use the underside of my thigh as sort of a fulcrum to get more out of the stretch. The same with the down and to the right. It works well. Again personally I haven't been doing the elevated leg stretches for very long but I am hoping they break my plateau of non gaining.

Try them out people. See if you like them. I also kind of started doing small rotaries from different angles. Like down and to the left I might do rotaries throughout the stretch.

Tonight like at midnight or so I'll do 500 wet jelqs. I've sort fallen in love with these for some reason now. Tomorrow I'll do my girth routine.

I saw my craziest girth gains when I was just a newbie doing 1,000 consecutive wet jelqs/day, every other day. People will "poo-poo" wet jelqs, but they are good for you and DO increase gains in length and girth.
 
YEAH, they do rock. I used to hate them. I did them last night after I already did a length session a few hours before. Now tonight I'm doing them again with some girth exercises. All my gains completely stopped over the summer and it was at that time I stopped doing jelqs and kegels. I went on a 2 week vacation and then just couldn't find time to do it plus I got a wicked rash all over my body from the hotel soap. It sucked ass. I thought it was something else, but as soon as I got a different soap it went away.

Anyone know of any really easy to do manual girth exercises? I'm going to look at the ?DLD squash jelq? right now though to see if I could do it. There are some that I just don't understand how to do or really enjoy.

I couldn't do them though. I was even more tired than I thought. I got through with my regular girth routine though. I tried doing a couple supra slammers in between the jelq sets, but at like jelq # 206 or so I couldn't help from blowing a little bit of a load. So I had to stop for like 10 minutes before I could really get 100% erect. After that it was fine.

I did 10 sets of Erect Stretches at a minute a piece. I did JAIS like I do with all Penis Enlargement days. Then I did like 6 sets of 1 minute kegels.

Tonight, I'll do the 500 wet jelqs, 3 sets of T.C. squeezes and a few ulis. I have to start early tonight though otherwise I'll be tired again. Probably start at 6 or so. No classes today so fuck I'll have whenever really to do it.
 
Last night, man I had a dream. I was jelqing lol and I started to bleed like streams of blood. I could feel it coming out like cum though, but in the dream I was freaking out man. And once it changes to like say 7 or 6 should you see gains and if so do you keep doing the same exercises or should you wait until you do see gains to change to more of the exercises geared toward your LOT? I'll post this question somewhere soon.

Hey Still nice logging going on in here you tonned fucker :p , Im surprissed you change things up so much , i myself seem to stick to a program wither it be at the gym or Pe for 3 - 4 weeks and then change. Just like training muscle you have to keep a constant ongoing stress on the tissues and muscle fibers to get a result and always train till you get Fatigue.

I think your one of those people here that draw people to post ( you drew me too ) and get people thinking positive etc ... Just wanted to say props for that :)

Sweet deal...hard work pays off. Yeah there has been a lot of changes, but for the most part the changes are additions or slight changes as to what exercises I'm doing. Since my LOT has changed I just wanted to get a few questions answered and Bib did that for me so now I have a gameplan as to what I will do in a month or so.

I'm going to change from 10 sets straight down with a leg elevated ( 1 minute a set ) to 10 sets straight up with a leg elevated. But nothing really else is going to change.
I think I have always been like that though...one to change things quickly. lol I can't just sit still...I'd have a tough time sitting at this computer if my mind wasn't on the things I want to do Penis Enlargement wise and also on what I am going to do later today and tonight.

Sounds good bro , ab wise ... i have found that decline ab workouts with a 10 kg wiehgt on ur chest is best , reverse crunches are also good :)
 
Yeah I have a weighted exercise for my abdominal workout in the past. I still do, but this is what it is: Lay down holding a weight(I use 25lbs) across the chest, feet together, then raise feet straight up or as far as you can get it at a 90 degree angle, next just lift your upperbody up to like just before your legs would move forward. You don't want to move your legs forward or toward you though. I can only do 1 set 15 of these, but I put this exercise at the end of my ab workout so I am kind of beat by then.

I find that when I stretch straight up and to the right or left I get a much better stretch than if I stretch more out and to the right or to the left when performing Erect Stretches.

Tonight Girth routine. 500 wet Jelqs, 3 sets of Toilet Compression Squeezes and a few Ulis. Maybe like 5 minute long Ulis or something like that.

I'll continue my manual Penis Enlargement routine in the meantime, but once I get a hanger I'm going to do that exclusively. I'll still jelq twice a week and do kegels however.

I'm also going to switch Erect Stretches out for a week and see how I handle doing 15 straight up stretches with a leg elevated at 1 minute reps and then 15 straight down the same way. I've noticed that since I began doing these stretches with an elevated leg that my skin around the pelvic region is looser and kind of fatty. It's weird. It's like I can pick it up with two fingers and move it around. I guess I am stretching a lot of that skin around there quite a bit. Initially I found it to be the only way I could achieve that sore lig feel like when you are a newbie, but after a month or two of it that would only last for the duration of the stretch. Occasionally I will have that feeling but moreso in the extreme lower abdomen. It doesn't hurt, but it doesn't feel like it has done anything ligament wise. huh...i dunno.

Man, all right...I got two paragraphs finished today on one of the papers I have due. Basic shit, but I was making it harder than it has to be I suppose.

I have to get to the bank tomorrow morning and get some money out so I can order a Bib Hanger. I still have money for a camera but my savings has taken a hit as of late. Not good...:(, but I want a huge penis so I have to try to utilize any tools that will assist me in this venture you know? Well, tonight I'll do as much girth as I can. Did what I set out to do did the stretches and it was pretty good. Not a bad stretching session. I'll probably go back to Erect Stretches again next week though. Then I'll change back to what I did last night.

I sent my money order out today for a Bib Hanger so I can't wait for that to get here.

Last night I saw the weirdest thing. I got out of bed for no reason at all and opened up my blinds at 3 something in the morning. Like five wolves or really HUGE ass dogs were running in line one right after the other across the street. It was really cool to see. Because this street is really busy during the day, but at 3 am nobody except maybe a car or two every half hour will drive by. It was just an odd sight to see. I just thought it was weird...oh now I know why I got up. Something outside was making a humming noise...and it was pissing me off. I couldn't get to sleep all the way because of it. It sounded after a while (I kept listening to it too even when I tried to ignore it...every time I tried to ignore it the damn thing grabbed my attention more towards it so I was forced to key in on it) like someone laughing. Like an evil ass laugh too haha. I got scared lol so I opened my blinds to let some street light into my room. As I looked around for the possible source of the noise there they are. They came and went like within 10 seconds. I was like what the fuck was that??

I open the basement door again go down only like two steps because I'm thinking someone is trying to fuck with me. But then I hear it and I can hear the lyrics...it's an Outkast CD...so I'm like okay...then I am like I want to know who is up not to mention what is up...I walk all the way down the stairs and see there is no one in that workout room unless they are in the dark...So, I turn on a light and then open the door and the CD system is playing...not very loudly, but it's on and that's even more weird because when I play music while I am working out I blare the fuck out of it...It was weird...

The most fucked up thing I've ever dreamed of was the previous night to that occurrence. I don't know what it was so I guess I can't actually say it was the most fucked up dream I've ever had, but I remember it being about becoming immortal or some shit and being able to go back in time and something happened to me in the dream and some blast of blue energy came out of me and I woke up with this like incredible rush and tingling sensation especially like out of my ass-hole. Not erotic or sensual just mind blowing. Like air was being pushed in and taken out of me all at one instance combined with the feeling of having the chills come over you like when you're spooked. In my dream that is the only concept I recall from it, but I remember looking at something intently like almost trying to see through it and then I was sucked into whatever I was looking into...It was a ride let me tell ya people, but it scared the crap out of me. Anyway that was my weird three lonesome nights for this week...toodles...haha

I am going to try to get in a girth workout here tonight, but if not I think I could workout before work today like in a couple minutes or real late like at 11 or so. Still got two papers to write though...damn it.

I'll get in a workout and then I'll do girth some time tonight. There that is my Saturday lol. such a loser...
 
I cant hang anymore and wont be able to for a long time, going to college and stuff, maybe in summer, anyhow, before I sent my bib starter back I used it and I didnt gain really from it, but the workout it gave me was like no other, I know if I continued to use it with dedication Id grow some monstrous length, hittig 10" in no time, only 2" away from natural size. Anyhow... GET A BIB! They rock! The only reason I sent mine back is a long story unrelated to its effectiveness.
