I made some gains this month, couple off mm but its not stable enough to say for sure. So gonna do the routine for 1 more month and then measure. It's working thats for sure.rofl

Tommorow is my next workout.

Made some changes in my stretching routine:
- Using latex gloves for better and longer grip
- I attack the BTC angle (20 min.)
- I attack the SO angle (10 min.)
- I attack the SU angle (10 min.)

No Girth today because I needed some rest in that department. Today was some experimenting if I was going to use the SD angle, but BTC is better to attack the ligs. SO and SU really left my shaft burning. I try to hold my grip for as long as possible. I don't count! Even when I am writin this my shaft is burning. NICE feeling rofl

Can't wait for tommorow!

Another question about the light (I am about to grab one) is the full spectrum lamp a good choice? I would like to use it for warm-ups but also to shine on me to help with depression?

I use this one. I don't know much about details and such but it works great for getting it warm.
