Have you tried the condom rim DLD?

Today:
- 10 min. ricesock warmup
- 10 min. dld blasters.
- 10 min. mandingo stretch.
- 10 min. upward bundled stretch
- 5 min. light wet jelq/squeeze (with condom rim at glans)
- 5 min. ricesock warmdown
 
Just received my leech fats. Arrived after 9 days.

It was solid because off the cold temperature. I put a hot ricesock on it and it became liquid in a matter of minutes.

Going to use it before going to sleep. rofl

Used the leech fats for 2 days now. When you aplie it, after some time you feel something is going on. Haven't seen any other things yet. But maybe it takes some time.

Well I feel that the first couple of inches off my penis get's faster erect as usual. But I think it also has to do with my everyday PC routine (alsmost every day haha)

Tinteling feeling it gives you and the tissue is more plyable. I seems that I heal faster to. Less aching the day after heavy workouts.

BTW everybody should do PC work, it is helping me get stronger erections and harder ones. Even when semi-erect its not easy to push him completely down haha. Still need to find a way to get that last inch of my cock/head a bit harder. This has always been a problem to get it completely hard.

It feels good to gain! I also believe that my PC routine has contributed to this. I want to convert more bpfsl to bpel gains so I am going to do CTS stretches in my next routine.

Short routine, just trying the CTS stretches out. I feel a good stretch in the shaft, but need to get the hang off it. This time I tried it with theraband. Next time gonna use a scunciwrap for under the clamp. rofl

Got bruising after my CTC stretches, I really hate that. A little red/black spot at the upper shaft. I hope it will be less tomorrow. Need to grip closer to my head I think.

Because of the vaseline I use with the squeezes the leech fat distributes better over the skin. Good workout btw haha

Just did some wanking and had negative PI's:
- difficult to get blood in the midshaft and glansarea
- difficult to keep hard

I also like heating pads and a big cup of warm water. Heating pad is my favorite when I can use it all day, it just loosens everything up and everything hangs so low.

Been using infrared light for aprox. 10 min. at a time during stretching. Keeps the shaft/ligs warm.
