DLD do you have specific stretches to lenghten the left side of the ligaments/shaft? I just use basic right down, right BTC, right to the middle and up to the right.

New problem, I have to pull so hard to feel a good stretch with the Blasters that my tendons in my arms hurt. But need to find good wrapping because last time I almost only pulled skin.
