I only use a theraband wrap and start the wrap about an inch from the head. First pretty tight and then at 0,5 cm I stop and wrap a couple layers over each other.

For 1 month I am going to do kegel exercises and supraslammers only, because I think I stretched to hard and my EQ is very bad.
Going to measure 8-4-2012. (1 month from now)

- SupraSlammer routine (aiming for 30 min.)
- Revers Kegels (squeezes and holds) (aiming for 15 min.)
- 5 min. anti-turkeyneck stetching
- 5 min. hot washcloth warmdown

The supra slammers always upped my EQ thats why I choose the exercise.

I had almost no time for Penis Enlargement, so I was on a routine to keep the length and girth I gained.
But now I am BACK! I have a new girlfriend and told her about Penis Enlargement and even bought here an device to make her pussy stronger. :P Very supporting woman.

Stil don't have much time so I began Hardcore hanging a couple of weeks ago.
I do 1 or 2 sets between 15 and 20 minutes a day and try to increase the weight every week with 0,5 kilo (a bit more then a pound)

I am now at 3 kilo and next saturday I am going up to 3,5 kilo. (with the bib hanger)

Every time I go up in weight I will report and when I measure (once a month). Next meausure date is 20-06-12.

I am so happy that my girlfriend supports it!! rofl

I go on feel, but the lenght part is about 30 minutes.

I made a gain in BPFSL going from 7.559 to 7.677 inch.

Focussed primary on tunica gains, this month going to focus on the ligs.

Twist stretches to the right and stretch down for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
Twist stretches to the left and stretch down for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
Roll Stretches back between the cheeks in de middle for 30 seconds each.
Roll Stretches back between the cheeks to the left for 30 seconds each.
Roll Stretches back between the cheeks to the right for 30 seconds each.

Going for about 20-30 minutes and finish off with 10 min. Jelqing/sqeeuze.
