I really want to get a super strong PC muscle. So I am doing Towel raises. Just get hard and put a towel on the uppershaft/glans and raise untill erection subsides. Maybe get it wet next time for more resistance. rofl
During the day I am trying to also get 100 strong squeezes reverse kegal style.
