New problem, I have to pull so hard to feel a good stretch with the Blasters that my tendons in my arms hurt. But need to find good wrapping because last time I almost only pulled skin.
Somebody got some tips? Going to try it out right now!

Tonight I am going to do another 5 sets of 1 minute kegal holds. Great routine for te PC muscle.
