Perhaps your ligaments on one side are tighter than the other. i would concentrate on specific stretches to elongate the shorter area. It would be hard to do this with the Bib, it will be best by hand.

- 30 min. stretching to the right side. (all kind of stretches)

Trying to use my pe weights as much as possible. No standard time.

DLD do you have specific stretches to lenghten the left side of the ligaments/shaft? I just use basic right down, right BTC, right to the middle and up to the right.

To strengthen a single side you will want to do very heavy stretching on that side. You could also try to use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] on max tension and position the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] against that side of the ligaments. Lastly, you could do some long sets of heavy hanging against the ligament, this will also greatly effect it's growth and strength.
 
pfffff I just can´t get a max stretch in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]...only feel some shaft burn in the after a lott of minutes in it, no ligament burn. No good wrap for the BIB because my shaft always turns to left..pfff getting irritated about it haha..

Only thing that works fine, when i feel a complete stretch is by hand and a light stretch with monty´s Penis Enlargement weights. 3 weights on right now.

Haha I just want to be 7 and then I can concentrate on girth. This is taking years now.
Can you coach me DLD because this is not going the way its should. <:(

New plan of attack.

5 min. warmup
30 min. DLD blasters (slightly to the right)
5 min. warmdown
Penis Enlargement weights for as long as possible (when I have the time)

1 on 1 off with the DLD blasters. Penis Enlargement weights as much as possible.

These two exercises give a good stretch. The blasters causes small tears in the ligaments/shaft and the Penis Enlargement weights (these are rings hold together with a wrap) keeps the tears extended for a longer time.

Start tomorrow.

My head is very small after blasters, so difficult to keep the wrap on for Penis Enlargement weights. Need to jelq first before putting them on. Tommorow Penis Enlargement weights only.

I am doing modified blasters. DLD blasters but without the arm. I feel it better this way. Have my routine down now. So measuring in one month.

Day 1:
- 5 min. wascloth warmup
- 30 min. M-DLD blasters ;)
- 10/20 min. Jelqing
- 5 min. wascloth warmdown

Day 2:
- 5 min. washcloth warmup
- 20 min. Jelqing
- 5 min. warmdown

And so on. Measuring date is 15-07-2011
