Another question about the light (I am about to grab one) is the full spectrum lamp a good choice? I would like to use it for warm-ups but also to shine on me to help with depression?

I use this one. I don't know much about details and such but it works great for getting it warm.

Went to heavy needed to stop because off some slight pain in te left side of the shaft.
Tommorrow a bit lighter hanging. rofl

A lot of people have suggested it to me for me winter depression. Winters if almost gone but I am still picking one up.

- 10 min. Hanging (very heavy)
- 5 min. Infrared warmdown

Today:

Warmup.
3x 10 min. heavy hang sessions during the day.
10 min. Jelq.
Warmdown.
 
Today:

5 min. infrared warmup
2x 10 min. heavy hang sessions (8.25 Lbs)
10 min. Jelq
5 min. infrared warmdown

Heavy workout, last set was difficult.
