From now on I will only do straight out and down angles. I really get a good stretch from those angles. Just going to do more sets.
No time for more Penis Enlargement the last couple off days. Well its better then nothing. ;)

Next week it's measuring time :)

In all my years I have wanted to try this and never have. I am going to grab one at Walmart next time I go.
 
The infrared is realy good for keeping the shaft warm.

Again my balls get sucked (right ball) in the tube and it hurts. I really need to get rid off my turkey neck, my balls need to hang lower! Then I am certain that my balls won't get sucked in the tube.

- Behind the Cheeks: 3 thirty second stretches

- Out to left: 3 thirty second stretches
- Out to right: 3 thirty second stretches
- Rotaries: 25 Cranks x 3
- Behind the Cheeks: 3 thirty second stretches
- Strap the Bib hanger (wear for 20 min. x 3 sets)

When I have time, I do another superset.

Back from holiday.

Yesterday:
Starting on the hardcore routine for hanging.
- 5.5 pounds for 8 minutes, fatigued.
- 2.75 pounds for 5 minutes, fatigued.
- 15 min. jelqing.

This was an intense session. Maybe this will boost my gains to new lengths.

By the way, DLD your testicle health routine eliminated most of my webbing in 8 days. LOVE your techniques!
