The only way you will see the great benefits of the SlowSquashJelq is by doing them everyday on schedule. Here and there will not work, it is the constant expansion through regular workouts that will bring the gains. Start the exercise and stick with it until you have made the gains you desire.
 
Really kind of bothers me that these aren't very effective on me. Maybe I'm just super resistant from all the slammers and clamped edging that my wang just shakes it off. Like I'm all jelqed out.

try a cockring or shoelace to trap the blood and your penis will become twice its size FULL of blood...your erection level will subside a bit and it wont be hard but filled with blood completely.....then perform this exercise and see the difference....
first time it didnt work for me too....
 
Thick shoelace is great replacement for a cock ring, I personally use the shoelace and it works great for me, I suggest to all guys who don't have cock ring, replace it with shoelace.

Cockrings are made for one purpose, shoelace not, of course cockring is the best for that :)

i got bruises after i ve done SSJ,I read more posts and as I see members get these bruise dots too, so i get this point.. and a more relevant question would be the following.
what a newbie routine to girth exercises should start with? SSJbruises are normal,right? or i put a lot of pressure or did something wrong?,

SlowSquashJelqs are very intense and they will bring red dots and temporary discoloration (will not last longer than 10 minutes after training.) Bruising is different, when you say this do you mean the red dots or actual purple bruising?

I mean purple bruising, so this is not normal or something to worry about?
 
That's a sign of too many ssj in one helping. When you get better try only doing enough to get expansion, and later see if it the fatness went down so you can do a few more

Purple bruising you will not want to work through. If your work through a bruise in erect, or close to erect work, the bruise will continue to be refreshed with blood until it become permanent. You can safely train in flaccid state but I would stay away from erect work until the bruise yellows (maybe 4-6 days).

i do the exercise as shown in the video of Girth Gain's and as shown also on superdick 's video Slow Squash Jelq.
The bruises are gone, first the ones that were there longer turned into red and then they're gone..I was masturbating during this time and i was doing some SSJ(erected and semi -erected but with lower pressure and for short period of time) as well
If I am not mistaken you mentioned in a previous post to a member that purple spots are a sign of expansion, is that right?
Also the first time i did the exersice, i was feeling itching, now i havent gone to the same intensity as the first time, is itching normal or is a sign of too much intensity?
I get also little purple spots on the glans everytime i do it.
Could you advice me please.

Itching is a sign of skin and tissue being stretched. In some cases it may even be a burning feeling. This is part of the gaining process and a good sign you are using proper form and intensity.

But in order to get this itching, and therefore gain..I also have to get the purlpe brusing all over the penis and the glans too..Is there something else I can do?
 
The itching is a noob symptom it will pass as you grow experienced. Soreness occurs after you raise the power, but it will pass too. You should always try to get some type of 'worked out' feeling post session, but don't stress too much because you aren't always gonna have it.
You know you will gain when you are consistently hitting good expansion, and elongation (check post session girth, and bpfsl) occasionally exceeding your best marks.

Ok, so after a good session that i'll get all this purple bruising..Can i continue next day with lower pressure? or wait till the bruises are gone?

Working through bruises can cause lifelong bruises. I have a bruise that I did not let heal and I have a permanent bruise now because of not resting. It is best to allow the bruise to yellow before pursuing erect training. Flaccid work is fine but erect work should wait.
