Working through bruises can cause lifelong bruises. I have a bruise that I did not let heal and I have a permanent bruise now because of not resting. It is best to allow the bruise to yellow before pursuing erect training. Flaccid work is fine but erect work should wait.

Ok I see..Thanks.

Never a problem my Brother!

The bruises are gone as expected, but i have one spot that looks kind of a bruise or kind of a black spot, it is close to a scar, maybe this is why it persists?

It could be because that is what happened to me. Open bad bruising I worked through it and most of the bruising went away but today, ten years later, I still have a small bruise on my penis about the size of a dime.

maybe a lot of pressure loads up in to this spot plus the small scar and it doesnt go away? even after a week+, maybe some ointment for brusing would help? because it is there and doesnt matter if i work out or not,as far as i see till now..has anyone any scars, and while working out get bruises around them? or even look kind of bleeding?

Can't be too sure without seeing it myself but most bruising goes away. When bruising starts to become permanent is when we have a bruise, that is currently still bleeding, and we force the injury again. That is what happened in my case, I has a bruise but I would not stop training. Today it really does not bother me.

Those have to be fixed right when you get them bro. As soon as one comes out I cease training, and use heat with massaging between the fingers to dissipate the blood. If you just ignore it it'll get darker, and darker until you're stuck with it. I have three little dots from a while back, and even though they've never left me they get lighter as the skin is stretched from all the bathmate

Great advice! Heat and massage are great ways to help prevent discoloration. If it is surface discoloration the Apple Cider Vinegar should work but if it is deeper it may take time to heal up. Just be careful not to work through an active bruise, as it can make a permanent spot. wait until the bruise yellows to train.

Thank you both guys for the advice, it just seems that this spot is gonna stay, it's not a bruise anymore, looks more like an overcolored spot. I apply a healing ointment for the scar, but it will take months to heal completely, so I am gonna wait a little bit more and see if it gets any better, and then start working out again...What would you recommend as a timeframe and repetition for SSJ for a beginner?

First let me say I can relate, I have the same black spot :) It will fade more and more but will never completely go away if it is like mine. You can start SRT right away. many people think that SRT is an advanced routine in the sense that a newbie can not use but this is not true. The SRT routine starts very gentle and works up it's way in intensity over 3 weeks. And even if you do not feel ready after the 3 weeks you can continue with the beginning portion for as long as you like. The Newbie Routine really mimics the beginning of SRT.

I couldn't exactly say, but you'll get to a point of maximum expansion from which you should move on to something else so you don't 'burn out' the tissues

Could you please elaborate 'burn out'? you mean that i will hit maximum expansion by doing SSJ? and then i should do a different exercise?

I think what he is saying is mix in other exercise to keep tissue from become used to the same training. With the SlowSquashJelq it is hard to find a better girth exercise, the only thing that Trumps is the BathMate/SSJ workout in SRT.

What I meant was there's gonna be a point in sessions where the cock just doesn't want to pe anymore, and it starts hurting your progress to continue after this.
Train the point just before this happens

With the SlowSquashJelq there really is no limit to how much size you can gain. Since it is a dual compression jelq the thicker you get the better it works.

Remember to massage the patch of skin bruised between fingers, so it can go away quicker like you would for a hickie
