I just attempted to do the slow squash jelq and I do not think I'm doin it right.....can someone please explain this to me.........I massage my penis until fully erect,the clamp off at the base and squeeze out a head full of blood,wen I do tht it is still hard to bend me penis downwards,so I hav to release the clamp an let some more blood out,then I clamp again an jelq up one inch and use the palm of the other hand and push the head downwards.....after abt 20seconds my erection starts to go down and my hand starts to hurt,I do this exercise while standing .....wat exactly am I doing wrong?........and another thin,how do u time this exercise ....do I include the time between each rep wen I'm massaging my penis to get back an erection or should I only count the time wen I'm doing the SSJ ........I saw no expansion,felt no pain or anything so I must be doing something wrong
