I just attempted to do the slow squash jelq and I do not think I'm doin it right.....can someone please explain this to me.........I massage my penis until fully erect,the clamp off at the base and squeeze out a head full of blood,wen I do tht it is still hard to bend me penis downwards,so I hav to release the clamp an let some more blood out,then I clamp again an jelq up one inch and use the palm of the other hand and push the head downwards.....after abt 20seconds my erection starts to go down and my hand starts to hurt,I do this exercise while standing .....wat exactly am I doing wrong?........and another thin,how do u time this exercise ....do I include the time between each rep wen I'm massaging my penis to get back an erection or should I only count the time wen I'm doing the SSJ ........I saw no expansion,felt no pain or anything so I must be doing something wrong
 
I did the slow squash jelqs again today....it wasn't as bad as yesterday ......but I have a few questions ......when my erection goes down,shud I still squash my penis down until the 60 seconds is finished or shud I stop an get back an erection?...... I hav a very slight aching in the head after the session but I didn't get as much pump like what every guy on here is saying they got

theres a video but ill write it down anyway.

make an ok grip at the base to act as a clamp. you should be at full erection. dont squeeze the blood out of the head. with the other hand, make an ok grip with palm facinf upwards. grip this around the glans or just slightly below it. now, push these two ok grips towards eachother, which will force blood to expand in the shaft

Okay....I've been doing that wrong also ....thanks for the clear up.....but what I am still wondering is....shud I still continue squeezing until the rep is finished even if my erection goes down before the 60 second has passed?

the exercise really is meant to just be done by feel. youre looking for max expansion, so when you feel its not working as well (usually around 80% eq), just let go, restimulate, then go again for another set. there are no set time limits, it goes by feel

The SlowSquashJelq is shown in the members section with a nude model, it is worth the investment to see this exercise along with the 100's of others that are in the video library, it takes all the guess work out.
 
Can I just clamp at base and below glans, then to do a slow squash? Is there a chance to get good engorgement in that way?

Theoretically this makes perfect sense as the clamp would take the place of the lower hand and give you the opportunity to use two hands in the SSJ process.
 
If i do this exercise while standing would it hav the same effect as wen I'm sitting....or is sitting an doin it better?

Sitting just gives me more access to internal penis when gripping at the base but I have never tried it standing.
 
hi i am new around here but i have been interested in PE for a wile now on and off, do i need a full or close to full penis to slow squash jelq effectively or can this be done semi erect and still give descent results as far as expansion goes ?

start 5,5' length only measurement now 7 i am shoting for 8,5 ish in length my girth is good now but i am training it as hard as length anyway.

I will start at 100% erect but after a few moments I subside to about 90% which I think is the perfect eq level to do the SLowSquashJelq. Erect enough to gain fast expansion but soft enough to manipulate the tissue properly.
 
I am confused very much with these, I do everything that is written here, 90% EQ, trap the blood at the base, squeeze the blood from the glans, push it down, squashing,even rotating it while bent down, and I still got no big expansion, maybe half cm not more, I am really trying my best, but still no that big expansion everybody claim they got... what the hell I should do to get this exercise productive? :(

I felt the same when i began this exercise and when i would squeeze i felt no veins popping or nothing like pressure from inside.
Then i tried putting a shoelace or cockring around at the base and let the erection subside by 20-30 % where my penis was not hard but COMPLETELY full of blood and TWICE its normal size .
Now try the SSJ's like this!!!
The thing is this exercise requires tremendous amount of arm strength but when you get tired continue doing normal jelqs ( with or without ring you choice ).
 
second that: most probably a strength deficit that can and should be compensated by using a cock ring, clamp, shoe lace or whatever else you can find that could function as an artificial constrictor.

A clamp or a cock ring would be a good substitute for hands that are not strong enough for the grip. Keeping the blood in the penis is the most important part of the SSJ and this is what brings the great expansion. The upper hand is free to manipulate that expansion any way you se fit. With wearing a cock ring or clamp it leaves you with two hands to do the manipulation.

yeah love them i havent exercied them in ten days damn i should start exercising them again
