I push my thick jelly cock ring into my fat pad, and while I'm there overhand ok grip base in front of ring. Next step is ULI while simultaneously palming my head straight downward. From here I carefully bent shaft wherever I can with palm directly over urethra fingers wrapped around head. Constant tension is key.

A question tho.....wat u explained in the video is slightly different from wat is on here..... On the video u clamped the base an used the standard ok sign grip with the other hand to push the penis in....but on here u clamped the base, jelqed up one inch then used the palm of ur hand to push down the head of the penis........are these the same exercise but jus different ways of doing it?........an was wat I explained earlier correct?

Both movements can be used and you can also add a third movement of circular compression that would also increase effectiveness.

Sounds very intense.

How hard are you going to press down? Right now I am pressing pretty hard and it hurts a little but I just keep going. Is this something I should be concerned of?

You don't need to press hard at all, just provide a little resistance pressure.

oh, I was pressing like my life was on stake.

You want to compress hard enough to see the tissue expand between your hands. To me it does not hurt but it does feel like a ton of pressure. After a good SSJ session my penis aches a bit, kind of like muscle ache after working out.

Yes I can feelt he pressure to ten I am doing it.
My penis always itches after a PE session, is this a sign of it growing?

Itchiness is a sign of expansion so that is a great thing to feel after.

Do I need to include dry jelqing after each time I'm switching positions or you jus do that jus to get back an erection?

It's for both, you want to do as many jelqs as you can.

You can do them separately or superset it with SSJ, just like anything else

Sighs...I was hoping I wouldn't have to....cuz I don't quite understand exactly how to dry jelq,it is the same as wet jelqs, but jus dry?

Yep. The opposite.

Don't stress it. It's an exercise that gives one of the most expansions, which is ideal for PE. Initially I was weary of Jelq as well, but as I got into the habit I liked it more.

Okay,I see.....so that means I can squeeze as much wen doing dry bcuz I will be pulling my skin, right?

Dry jelqing is more intense so be careful. Only squeeze what you're able to take, as far as sensation. Only you can gauge that.

Alternatively you can use a bit of cream for a Wet Jelq, then wipe it off quick with a tissue, it doesn't have to be Dry

I find that a lube hurts the SLowSquashJelq workout, it becomes too slippery to get a good grip and compression becomes difficult due to the hands sliding. Since there is no sliding in the exercise it is much better to go dry. I also believe that lubes can cause discoloration due to my experience with them. The only time I had discoloration is when I was using a lube, as soon as I stopped and went dry all discoloration disappeared.

It's hard for me to dry jelq because of the pull on my skin,I'm starting to think I'm not doing them properly bcuz this doesn't seem right

There should be little pull on the skin using the Slow Squash Jelq since the hands are not really sliding, the hands are mostly stationary and the expansion comes from the compression of the two hands. I understand it in the traditional jelq since the hands are sliding but not in the SSJ.
