I though it would help. When we started MOS there was no such thing as going and grabbing an image to show what your thought were, getting pictures online was quite the process. Video, forget about it, Youtube did not exist yet. We built this Brotherhood from the ground up and we never left the software behind. We have been on the same platform we were on day 1. Today we have turned simple forum software into a really great situation. Obviously pictures are easy now but having our own video server on the forum is nothing short of amazing. Many do not know this but we are the only forum, in the world, with video capabilities like we do. It was a big investment and we own the rights to how we did it.

I met Stillwantmore in 1999 and he can vouch for this, we were interacting using the Intranet and BinHex technology. Prior to this the internet was all text. Things have advanced so far so quickly it is amazing. What I am most proud of is we have had the Brotherhood here for more than 14 years! What a wonderful success story for all of us. And think about it, I have known Stillwantmore for 15 years, that is a long ass time!

Have been trying some of these - quick question.

I clamp with my hand almost as hard as I can, after pumping as much blood as possible into my penis. As I push down with the heal of my other hand, and gently upward still with my clamped hand, they come together slowly but don't stop, such that after 30 seconds or so my hands have no more room to close in on each other.

Is this because I'm not clamping hard enough? Not enough blood in the penis? I was hoping to be able to slowly squash for at least a minute

Probably not clamping hard enough. If it happens try to gently ease your grip, kegel more blood in, and then clamp off with your hand as hard as you can again. In my experience your fingers should run deep into your penis.
 
If you can, use a wall to push against. Far easier. That way you can concentrate on the hand your squeezing with. Be careful if you do, it's a game changer, but you can control it easily.
 
If you can wear PF 1-2 hrs after BM, go for it.
I could do that, could fit the PF with my expansion.

Best way is to try everything for urself. WHat may not work for one brother, may work for the other.
 
Just like BBB said. Don't know until you try. Worse case is you just get some fluid retention in your glans, which I had at the beginning if I over pumped. Now I only do 2 pumps and maybe a half more if I like. The problem is trying to fit in the large bell afterwards. I have to wait a half hour to an hour to settle my penis down just to barely fit it. That's without using viagra. But I'm able to leave it on for 6-7 hours while sleeping. So that tells you right there it's fine. I do girth right before bed. So it all works. I'd like to think staying extended helps keep the tunica loose and will help with girth. I'd rather use that time to extend than to not do anything.

Throw jelqs in whenever you can throughout the day. Keep the tunica nice and soft until you get to girth work time. Get in bundled stretches before hand so you get the length and girth in one.

Self research and experimentation are so important to learning what works best for any individual. What may cause one man retention under 10 minutes of BathMate use may not effect a different man who can go 30 minutes without retention. When there is retention it is important to combat it using the SRT method of the SlowSquashJelq, which helps to disperse retention evenly along the shaft. Most men start to take on retention at the 5 minute mark under full intensity and this is the main reason SRT dictates sets of 5 minutes of BathMate at full intensity followed by 5 minutes of SSJ's. (the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine) This brings the best expansion with minimal, if any retention. Again, even here, experimentation is important. Some men can go longer in the BathMate than others so some men may make up the SRT routine as 10x10x3. What is most important in all exercise is learning your limits and finding creative ways to go beyond these limits. It takes time, patience and a ton of motivation.

If your pumping at all after you already set it up, something is wrong.
What is the steps you go through?

You just twist your penis and pull. Simple. That's a bundle stretch. Any direction you can get. Learn to do the __________ stretches. Those are perfect anytime. A bundle and inner penis stretch at the same time.

Erection quality is important to making girth or length gains. In girth we can say with certainty what our 100% erection size is, lets say 5", your will want expansion beyond the 100% mark so when finished you are 5.5". This will fade until the next session but with consistency the 5.5" will become the norm and you will move on to six inches. Look at it this way, if you train girth at 70% erect, you will need 30% expansion just to get to your 100% size which will do very little to bring gains. Lets look at these numbers in a more gainful way. If you start a session at 90% erect and you get that same 30% expansion your finished temporary size will be 20% beyond the normal 100% size. This is an extreme example but I thing the point is clear.

If you are having issues with erection quality in girth work I offer you generic Viagra as a solid solution. For .80¢ a day you can achieve incredible erection quality. Check out AllDayChemist, they have superior quality and great service, the prices can't be beat either. Don't look at this as an issue you are solving with Viagra, more using Viagra as a way to benefit your routine. I am almost sure, without asking you, you can get 100% erect during masturbation, if this is the case Viagra is nothing more than a supplement to benefit girth work.

it is harder to get a good grip now and not so good expansion while i am squeezing...

And lol, I did by the V DLD and tried it twice. First time at .25 didn’t have any affect, next time at .50 had the negatives with stuffy nose, light head, and not much movement down there. I’ll try it again at .50 of course but I just might be one of those people where meds \ supps just don’t do much for, good or bad.

Either way, I suppose for now the X30 and Jelqs are my best bet for width expansion.

Some men will respond differently to Viagra, when this is a negative effect I suggest Cialis. I can't take Cialis for the reasons your can't take Viagra. Try Cialis and see if that works.
 
My girth is 5". I'm gonna get 6 inches eventually but what is the best way?? I've started doing 30/40mins of slow squash jelqing a day followed by 30 minutes clamping, and the exansion is good. Is slow squash jelqing enough to gain 1 inch girth? I've been researching bathmates but really don't have the money to spend. Is there a massive difference between ssj and bathmate??
