Self research and experimentation are so important to learning what works best for any individual. What may cause one man retention under 10 minutes of
BathMate use may not effect a different man who can go 30 minutes without retention. When there is retention it is important to combat it using the
SRT method of the
SlowSquashJelq, which helps to disperse retention evenly along the shaft. Most men start to take on retention at the 5 minute mark under full intensity and this is the main reason
SRT dictates sets of 5 minutes of
BathMate at full intensity followed by 5 minutes of
SSJ's. (the 5x5x3 routine) This brings the best expansion with minimal, if any retention. Again, even here, experimentation is important. Some men can go longer in the
BathMate than others so some men may make up the
SRT routine as 10x10x3. What is most important in all exercise is learning your limits and finding creative ways to go beyond these limits. It takes time, patience and a ton of motivation.
