I thought DLD said for a beginner not to use the Bathmate with a 100% erection. Cause on the second newbie exercise he says DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate,
Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds. And so on, I just received my Bathmate but i'm not gonna use it till I'm 100% sure of what I'm doing, now i've read some of the exercises and they all make sense, the thing with me is I need to be sure of what im doing, because once i start im not stopping.

Good for you and you will LOVE it. Take you time and really get to know your Bathmate! The more time you spend in studying ideas in SRT and applying them to your training with your new pump you will make gains like Gang-Busters!

Well it's arrived .. full instructions and looks like a pretty nifty bit of kit!! Going to start off slow - don't want to break anything .. especially not me! Any advise for a Bathmate beginner??
 
Yes, start a log, stay motivated, and TAKE YOUR TIME. Don't rush results just because you start seeing gains. What comes fast will leave fast, just take it sllloooowwwww.
 
My question is, is this a 1 a day routine, how many times should I do this a day is a good exercise but I need more elaboration onto how many times I should do this. The Bathmate x40 says don't use it for more than 20 min a day. Can u get back to me on this DLD.

I would definitely say that once a day would be good start especially for a new starter and maybe start 3-4 times a week an see how your penis feels , if it does ok an doesn't get as fatigued then maybe add a day after 3 weeks or do more reps for jelqs etc , its just like losing weight / weight training there isn't a super programme just what works for each person

I agree newbs will most likely injure themselves I would just start slow first

DLD,

I am an extreme newbie, so new that i haven't purchases a Hydromax / Bathmate just yet. I've read most
posts on this thread and there a few things I'm confused that I'd like some answers to b4 I go full into this.
(1) I will get a water retention "donut" but if I use my soon to be purchased Hydromax with a condom this
will greatly reduce swelling ? (2) if I use a hyrdomax I'll be changing the color of my penis? (3) after the Hydromax workout
should I go directly into wearing SizeGenetics ?

Obviously I don't want to hurt myself and discolor my penis. Thanks
 
I just did most of this routine except the stretches in bathmate and man my dick was plump and no fluid build up at all. It goes to show great warm up after each exercise makes a huge difference. :D

Yup, this is where the 5x5x3 routine originated and it is the fastest way to make girth gains. I do not think I could come up with a better exercise routine than this, it is that good.
 
I want to start wearing cock ring to keep my penis plump for as long as possible. I guess ace bandage is only after stretching routing correct? Should I rotate each day after work out ring/bandage to gain length and girth?

It is best to wear the ACE after training length for as long as you can, taking breaks every hour or so. The cock ring is used after girth work to keep the expansion around longer. You can read more about this in the SRT Thread.

here is how I do my all day wrapping. I use a sports pre wrap you can pick up at any CVS, walgreens, walmart, etc. i like it b/c i dont have to keep taking it off every hour to allow circulation back into my cock no matter how tightly i wrap it on. and it is reusable. one roll of wrap lasts me months!! and they cost $3-4.
