Since I've been doing PE for just 6 weeks, my routine consists of :
Kegling daily 2 times..
The newbie routine (about 35 '' each stretch and 17 ' jelqing)
My goal is daily exercise but with a wife and 2 teens at home it' s not that easy to stay long time in the bathroom..
Once my ordered Bathmate arrives I'll try to integrate DLDhardcore stretch and pumping..

Sometimes I do some edging after jelqing but then I noticed the PONR is even closer. So maybe not a good moment for this

Just 1 question about basic stretch : do you repeat each stretch 3 times immediately or you progress the list of stretches and start all over 3 times..

You go three times for each stretch. I thought I wrote out a complete routine for you??? Am I imagining that LOL?

After girth work a cock ring is necessary and after length work some sort of elongation is necessary, light ADS work, Sleeve or Ace is necessary for the fastest healing possible.
How long should you wear the cockring after jelqing? Normally every 'manual' points out a max of 30 '?

I advise people to go for two hours at a time. But you could go for an hour or even shorter if you want. The important thing is if you’re going to repeat wearing the ring after a period of time it’s important to bring expansion back before you put the ring back on. Maybe do two minutes of SSJ to bring back the expansion. We always want to feel in an expanded state. It is the same width length it’s very important to use a sleeve, an ADS or some type of wrap to keep yourself elongated while you heal. Healing is so important to making steady gains.
 
Luckily I ordered a sili sleeve at your shop.. Shipment is in progress.. First experience with the Bathmate : first time was a good experience : a longer elongated state afterwards.. The second time I felt a little pain at the base (vein?) after 2 minutes in the pump..

I do the newbie routine with a few hours between stretching and jelqing.
After 5 ' jelqing I jump into the Bathmate filled with water. I pump about 3 times till no water is coming out at the tip.. 5 minutes under pressure is still too much for me.. After 2 minutes It feels like ly penis will explode and it hurts a little. Last time it lasts 3 minutes. Maybe I have to build it up or pump more gradually? Maybe I do something wrong. After 3 minutes in the pump I jelq 5 minutes and this 3 times : so it is a '3x5x3' nowadays..
 
That’s just fine and I expect any brother who has these issues to make modifications to the 5×5×3. There are always exceptions some men can go longer and some men need shorter sets. In either case growth will come!
 
DLD BATHMATE HARDCORE STRETCHES DOES IT TAKE APPROXIMATELY 15 mins to get the whole session finished? Cause ever stretch is like 30 secs each 3 stretches is like 90 secs right?
DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower .

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches .

Upward Stretches : At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches : Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

I don’t really count repetitions on this I just set a certain amount of time and get in as much as I can. So I would set an alarm for like 30 minutes or however long I wanted to go and just got as much in as I could during that 30 minutes.

Are there two ways to ssj the first one can be using the back of the hand and pressing against the other?

Saw that you grabbed the rubber penis behind the glans n press against the hand that is pushing forward from its base ..

You’re exactly right the way I handled the rubber penis is the way the exercise should be done. But to see it done for real just go to www.mattersofsize.com/access and go to the A/V section and download isolated compression squeezes, this was the old name for the SSJ. This shows you me doing the exercise so you know you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for. I also sent you an email with a routine for you to check out

I’m having trouble accessing the link above. Also for the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine. What is a good lubricant to use? I can’t imagine just using water from the shower is a good idea. Nor would be using cetaphil if you’re putting your penis back in the bathmate…

I think water based lubricant should work. Stay away from using Vaseline, it will mess up your pump.
 
I just got the Bathmate and started this routine and was just wondering how many times a day should you do them?
Start of with 3 5 minute session either everyday or every other day til you condition your penis. I would also do about 1/2 of max pressure till you are conditioned in between sets do some manual stretching(up,down,left,right and straight out. 1 to 2 minutes each direction.)
