Just checking in. My current measurements are as follows:

BPenis EnlargementL: About 8.0 inches
NBPenis EnlargementL: About 6.5 inches
FSL: About 8.5 inches

My goal by next Christmas (12/2014) are:

BPenis EnlargementL: 9 to 9.5 inches
NBPenis EnlargementL: At least 7.5 inches
FSL: 10 inches

I went up to around 25 lbs hanging, but had to stop for a month recently. I have decided to take it as a deconditioning break, and have not lost any gains. I am starting to hang 1 set of 20 minutes a day again and will try to go straight through with this routine progressively increasing the weight until I see more gains or I feel I need another deconditioning break.

So what is noteworthy about my gains is my nearly 1 inch in eight or so months gained BPenis EnlargementL. If anyone has questions I will be checking in over the next week or so to update.
 
Very nice gains man!!!! A whole inch in less than a year is no easy feat! I will definitely read through this thread. Hey man, thanks for the encouragement. I am going to continue Penis Enlargement, but my life has been in a lot of disorder recently. I have two options. One will allow me to continue hanging, and the other will force me to find a way to do manual work. I still want to reach ten inches of length, and then I want a monster girth to match. Even though my NBPenis EnlargementL is 6.5 inches and BPenis EnlargementL is about 8 inches (I gained something like 50-70 lbs since beginning Penis Enlargement originally), I am still able to notice a difference visually because of the gains I have made. DLD was correct about that.

I hope even manual work will still help bring gains even if they are slower. We will see about that though. Thanks for checking my log.

Good stuff bro. My advice to you is this: Lose the weight, get back in the gym, shift your focus from your penis to your body, and also your mind... Everything should fall into place

Big Mike, I'm glad you're still on the site. I will definitely take your advice about the gym, body and mind, but my penis is still instrumental to my plans. That inch of BPenis EnlargementL that I've gained has given me extra confidence to deal with the world. It's kind of like the ability to be able to fight well, it makes me chill so the world doesn't annoy me every second. Having a bigger dick makes me chill when chicks shit test me by making a comment about my dick being small or whatever mean shit they decide to say. Knowing I can honestly say I'm 8 inches makes me feel like their words don't hurt. I can't imagine how I'll feel if I get to my goal of around ten.

How has your progress been going? Are you still doing Penis Enlargement?

No not doing Penis Enlargement but my point is when u lose the body fat, your penis is going to be another inch bigger. I'm around 8" BPenis EnlargementL and I keep getting told that I have a huge cock. Any girl who thinks 8" is small is probably in adult entertainment

I have gotten a bit frustrated lately because my NBPenis EnlargementL is stuck around 6.5 inches and my BPenis EnlargementL is stuck around 8 inches. I am starting to think my measuring has something to do with my gains, meaning I may be measuring at a different angle than when I originally took my measurements years ago. One other thing that is bothering me is I'm about 70 lbs over weight, at least over the weight I was with my original measurements. If I can hit 7 inches NBPenis EnlargementL and 8.75 inches BPenis EnlargementL by the end of 2014 I will feel like I am continuing to grow though. Meh, Penis Enlargement takes time though, which is what I keep reminding myself.

How do you measure? Thats one reason I always stand straight up when measuring because just tilting the pelvis and especially sitting down can alter measurements.
 
I am still at it, just not posting regularly. I am now doing two sets a day on most days at 15 lbs. I haven't seen any growth yet, but the amazing thing based on my past experience is that most growth comes when you are above 15 lbs. That being the case, I am hoping to add 1 inch to my BPenis EnlargementL by next Christmas.
 
Alright everybody, I'm back at it for another 7 month stretch (pun intended). I am going to treat this like an extended bodybuilding cycle, and I am going to consistently do 3 sets of 20 minutes every single day until this period is up. My goal is to gain something like an inch in that time. I will be logging everything everyday once again just like I did with my first stint in hanging. So, here goes...

I don't remember the exact position I first measured in, so I don't know exactly how much I gained. I do know that it was between .375 and .875 inches. That was done in about 6-8 months of hanging starting at 5 lbs and going up to around 20 lbs.

I would say I averaged about .75 lbs a week. I have two small weights, one that is .5 lbs and another that is 1.25 lbs. Basically almost every week I would go up with one of those. To be honest you can easily move up without a problem until you start to reach 12+ lbs (granted you don't have issues like some people do with back pain or something weird like that. At first you need to stretch the skin a bit and when the weights get higher it will get painful so you can't move up too fast.

Are you just going to end up increasing the weight when you feel the need, or amount of sets? I guess either way you're going to increase your volume. Just wondering how. Less intensity for longer, or more intensity for the same amount of time?

Well I can't give you a definite "I will do this" answer just yet. My goal is to gain 2.5 more inches of BPenis EnlargementL to reach 10 inches (although I think I was close to about 8 inches before so I might gain that back quick and maybe just settle with gaining 2 more inches).

This is my plan. For the next three months I will stick to a lower number of sets, like 1 or 2 a day, and slowly increase the weight. If I see I am making gains at a good rate I will continue with doing a lower number of sets. The main reason for this is because even though hanging doesn't require your hands, it is still a tough process because you have to be seated for log periods of time with absolutely no mobility. It is hard to work into your life if you already have a busy schedule.

If this fails, I will go back to 4 or 5 sets a day. The reason for this is because the source that I have relied on the most in the past for hanging information is Bib, who also makes the hanger I use, and he recommends no less than 10 hours a week. So, if my plan doesn't work I will just commit even more time to this and do the 10 hours a week.

I am still not sure how important it is to hang for a high amount of time versus just going heavier, but I would prefer less time even if it means slightly less gains BUT ONLY IF I CONTINUE TO GAIN AT ALL.

I'll report back and update my progress with time, but like I said, sorry that I can't give you a definite answer right now.
 
I know what you mean. It's ok you don't have an answer mate. I was just curious. Either way you decide to do things (+wight or +time) you're still increasing the overall volume workload. Math can help with volume calculations, if it matters to you. :)

There are those that advocate both methods or at least claim to have made gains with either method. Have you checked out the hardcore hanging sticky in the hanging section? Dashdeming claimed to have gained something like a little less than 3 inches by doing 1 set with heavy weights. If I could gain that amount with the gains I've already made then I will be set.

Two points of interest. The first is that I am going to call my hanging Straight Down instead of BTC because the angle if actually SD.

The second is I measured again and I was a solid 7.75 inches BPenis EnlargementL measured in a way that I think is similar to my old way of measuring. I could reach 8 inches even if I measured at a different angle, but for the sake of consistency I will use the 7.75 measurement. That is up .25 from my previous measurement, so I think I am gaining back some of my old gains and making room for new ones.

Big or small is relative to both men and women, but I'd say 7 inches is considered average and 8 inches is considered slightly big. I think if you truly want women to consider your dick big there is more of an emphasis on girth. Really big girth is what makes a cock stand out for a chick. They only discuss length because they think length is somehow directly related to girth, so if you are longer you must be bigger.

I am focusing on length only before girth for myself.
