Thanks for the info. I actually have a ton of knowledge about nutrition from my bodybuilding days. My diet is basically what you listed. About a pound of chicken a day and vegetables. The only difference is I eat oats and milk in the morning with peanuts, and a sandwich heavy with lean meats after my workout. Cheese is quite fattening, but milk is actually one of the best sources of protein for anyone pursuing anything athletic. It is the basis of whey, and on top of being heavy on protein it is also very important for the calcium.
Your body also needs at least some carbs and fats, even if you are going through "cutting" as a bodybuilder, which is an extreme form of diet and training solely for shape. You are never supposed to totally cut out fats and carbs, just limit them, particularly carbs. My peanuts give me the fats and extra protein I need (but you have to be careful because they are so calorie dense), and oats are just about the best source of carbs out there. I also eat just a tiny bit of bread with the sandwich, which ideally could be replaced with brown rice, but fuck it I have no time.
My problem isn't knowing what the right foods are or neglecting to eat them, it is that extra meal or two I will randomly eat a day because I am living with my parents atm and have lost a lot of my former will power. When I was living alone, which was coincidentally the time I was also bodybuilding I got tons of validation from women when I would go out and they would see me, and at the same time I didn't have delicious home cooked food just sitting there for me. Plus bodybuilding forces you to look at yourself daily in the mirror and to compare from one week to the next. Since I've begun boxing my living situation has become very limited in terms of constantly seeing women on the streets and I have the mom's food dilemma. Plus boxing doesn't push you to obsess about body fat like bodybuilding does. Yes, being out of shape makes your boxing life shit and you can't move and get tired faster, but you also burn up so many calories that a lot of times you convince yourself it is okay to eat just a bit more.
All I really have to do is become determined to only eat what I plan out and I'll be fine. It's just the motivation and praise that is lacking this time around. I was at about the same
weight as I am now before beginning bodybuilding except back then I probably had at least 10 lbs less of pure of muscle than now, maybe even more like 20 lbs of muscle. Now I am the same
weight as my max fatassness as before, but I'm strong as shit so I don't get as motivated by being weak.

hanging. Hey, it might even be reasonable to gain an extra .25 to .5 inches in length over a few years just from the added wrapping, plus it is relatively comfortable.
In other news, I am still pushing forward and waiting for my two month anniversary with
hanging to compare myself to before. I've also limited my ejaculating to mainly one time a day, and once twice in one day, over the past few days.
