I am having erection issues currently, that is why I am focusing on kegels. Plus doing 400 quick kegels only takes me like five minutes, so what's the harm.

Alright, so today was my first day in about three months since starting to hang that I was lazy and didn't really do anything. I have come to a few conclusions though, which I will write below what I did for the day:

Additionally, I am now convinced that many of the big gainers, and especially the fast gainers, did so at least in part because of jelqing. I may be thinking of this the wrong way, but it seems to me that when you stretch manually, by hanging, or in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you do slowly lengthen the penis. With that being said, I think regular jelqing helps amplify those gains because you are using your erect state to fully pressure those gains. I will have my own place in a couple of months, and when that happens I am going to try a 2.5 month experiment where I reduce either my hanging time or time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and throw in a 20 minute jelq session. If my length gains after that time are higher than .25 inches, I'll continue using the jelq in conjunction with my length work. I firmly believe jelqing is probably the best overall exercise out there, and even though it is mainly a girth workout, I believe it is also phenomenal for length and erection quality.
 
Alright so I just measured again to see if I got anything, and I actually measured slightly smaller than before. Very disheartening. That could be a temporary issue though because I did nearly nothing yesterday. Also, I am going to try to work out to longer sets. I am going to try to move up 5 minutes a set every two weeks or month depending on how it feels. This is my plan for now:

1. My next measurement will be in 14 days because during that entire time I will not ejaculate. I know that is too short of a time to be able to tell, but I want to check anyways. I excessively masturbate in my opinion (a regular day is at least two or three times ejaculating) so I want to log if this makes a difference in my gains. Based on that I will decide how to move forward with regards to masturbation.

Alright, so what I am about to write will solely be determined by Bib's response to what I just sent him. I am now considering doing a hanging routine something like what Dashdeming wrote in the Hardcore Hanging sticky. I am going to drop down to only two sets a day, 7 days a week, and move up by .5 lbs a week. The main reason I want to try this is to save time, so if I can get the same results with a lot less time that would be good. So if Bib gives me advice that my plan seems good, I will be doing it until the beginning of September before checking the results.

I am going to try different things from now on and test them on a two month basis. Like after this two months of 2 sets hanging plus extending, I will either add jelqing or manual stretching to the routine depending on how well I gain. As I said in the last post, if I basically gain anything more than .25 inches by the end of August I'll stick to what I'm doing now for at least another two months.

You're right, he basically said just that. After thinking about it though, I think I am going to commit to 4 hanging sets a day no matter what. The only difference is I am going to split up my sessions. I was actually beginning to favor the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] because it is much easier to put on and take off, but I've only ever heard of gains of over two inches in length between hanging vs. extending to be from hanging (that is from sources I can somewhat rely on, not on what the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] website claims).

I have jerked off way too much since yesterday. The lack of sex for about a year now has totally gotten to me. Overall I would say, and I'm not just saying this to say it and it may not be bad as it sounds, but this probably has been the worst year of my life. Trying my best to keep things going despite a time crunch. I really want to try OTS hanging. Something tells me that contrary to Bib's theory, OTS can cause gains at the same right as BTC despite LOT. Just thought I'd update my thread. I decided not to post regularly because I felt it was a symptom in causing me to obsess over gains, which is something I think is a long term thing anyways.

I have made the following gains though:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.5 inches
BPFSL: 8.5 inches

My previous best BPenis EnlargementL was about 7.375 inches, and my best BPFSL ever, which was very hard to duplicate was 8.25 inches. I was actually very easily able to stretch to 8.5 inches BPFSL and probably could have been able to stretch a tiny bit further tbh. I have changed my routine to the following, and I think these changes have actually been causing me to gain slightly faster.

1. I dropped my sets of hanging down to only 2 a day because of time and comfort issues. I am still moving up in weight though, and am just below 18 lbs BTC right now.

2. I was finally able to get in DLD's A stretch after over half a year of Penis Enlargement. That is where you grab your penis below the glans like a regular stretch, but you use your free hand like a lever by putting it under your penis and grabbing the wrist of the hand you are using to stretch. I have started to lose weight again and I am looking forward to the visual gains coming. I am now 185 and I am shooting for 170 so not a big loss but it will bring a lot of bang to the non bone pressed penis.
 
Just wanted to post something because I haven't done so in a while and I can't bear to see my thread drop to the second page lol...

The routine I am on now I think is particularly amazing as I think I have begun to see an increase rate of gains with slightly less work. I won't post the gains I have been seeing just yet though because I am only going to do so at 1/4 inch intervals to limit measurement errors.

This is my current routine though:

I believe I have increased my BPFSL something like an inch since then and my BPenis EnlargementL about half an inch, so now I can do it comfortably. As far as manual stretches go, this is by far the best that I have ever done. I have never felt a stretch like this with my hands, especially when doing kegels or reverse kegels (basically DLD Blasters).

All of this takes much less time than my previous routine of hanging 4 sets and doing 3 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], plus it is less mentally draining because my only true priority is to get in my 2 hanging sets, and the rest is supplementary. I'll write up a better post once I get some solid gains again.

I just wanted to update this thread with some progress. Well so far I haven't seen any results that would lead me to believe that there is any difference in gains between doing 2 sets a day and 4 or more a day. A couple of weeks ago I had to stop all Penis Enlargement for around 7-9 days because of the moving process I went through and that was the first time since starting hanging that I have no hung at least one set a day (except two days when I had to take an emergency flight months ago). I think that week or so that I had to take off had a slight negative effect that I am just now working through, but other than that as I said I see no difference between 2 sets a day and 4 sets. If I continue to see gains at the rate I have been I will just stay with 2 sets, but if my gains stop or slow noticeably then I will switch back to 4 sets to see if that's the problem.

As far as extending, I know many people have said they have seen no results from doing it alone and the guys that do see results are doing something like 5+ hours daily, but I think it is still somewhat useful for me in two main ways (this is assuming I do my 2 sets of hanging every day and not as a substitute):

Serious game is just having enough experience to not give a shit or give up easily (go till the hoe says no) and having the right lines at the right time, which also comes from experience. Plus I've seen your physique, maybe it's just the pictures, but you have a pretty damn good build.

I have revised my goals to the following:

EG: 7 inches (I am not sure about girth yet because I am focused on length. I will probably revise this goal, especially considering I think girth is more important than length). All of the measurements are sitting down except the [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] (the NBP and not stretched one). The difference standing is something like .25 inches to possibly .5 inches less at the very most. TBH I'm surprised that I have continued to gain and the rate of growth may even have slightly increased. If I get another .125 inches and reach 8.125 inches BPenis EnlargementL, that'll be a full inch gained. Let's see how this goes over the next year.

I went up to around 25 lbs hanging, but had to stop for a month recently. I have decided to take it as a deconditioning break, and have not lost any gains. I am starting to hang 1 set of 20 minutes a day again and will try to go straight through with this routine progressively increasing the weight until I see more gains or I feel I need another deconditioning break.

So what is noteworthy about my gains is my nearly 1 inch in eight or so months gained BPenis EnlargementL. If anyone has questions I will be checking in over the next week or so to update.
