Yeah I am working hard on the weight issue, particularly because I am getting back into athletics and not focused solely on my physique at the moment.

In about 14 days it will be two months since I began hanging. I have really wanted to measure for a while now, but I'll save it for that day and see what sort of progress I have made thus far. I still expect my gains to speed up in the coming months as I move up in weight, especially because they say the gains really start coming in at 15 lbs.

I don't know what your diet is like but if you cut out wheat and diary and just eat lean meats and raw produce you will lose body fat. Avoid salmon, very fatty. Fish of white meat is great for slimming/cutting.

Thanks for the info. I actually have a ton of knowledge about nutrition from my bodybuilding days. My diet is basically what you listed. About a pound of chicken a day and vegetables. The only difference is I eat oats and milk in the morning with peanuts, and a sandwich heavy with lean meats after my workout. Cheese is quite fattening, but milk is actually one of the best sources of protein for anyone pursuing anything athletic. It is the basis of whey, and on top of being heavy on protein it is also very important for the calcium.

Your body also needs at least some carbs and fats, even if you are going through "cutting" as a bodybuilder, which is an extreme form of diet and training solely for shape. You are never supposed to totally cut out fats and carbs, just limit them, particularly carbs. My peanuts give me the fats and extra protein I need (but you have to be careful because they are so calorie dense), and oats are just about the best source of carbs out there. I also eat just a tiny bit of bread with the sandwich, which ideally could be replaced with brown rice, but fuck it I have no time.

My problem isn't knowing what the right foods are or neglecting to eat them, it is that extra meal or two I will randomly eat a day because I am living with my parents atm and have lost a lot of my former will power. When I was living alone, which was coincidentally the time I was also bodybuilding I got tons of validation from women when I would go out and they would see me, and at the same time I didn't have delicious home cooked food just sitting there for me. Plus bodybuilding forces you to look at yourself daily in the mirror and to compare from one week to the next. Since I've begun boxing my living situation has become very limited in terms of constantly seeing women on the streets and I have the mom's food dilemma. Plus boxing doesn't push you to obsess about body fat like bodybuilding does. Yes, being out of shape makes your boxing life shit and you can't move and get tired faster, but you also burn up so many calories that a lot of times you convince yourself it is okay to eat just a bit more.

All I really have to do is become determined to only eat what I plan out and I'll be fine. It's just the motivation and praise that is lacking this time around. I was at about the same weight as I am now before beginning bodybuilding except back then I probably had at least 10 lbs less of pure of muscle than now, maybe even more like 20 lbs of muscle. Now I am the same weight as my max fatassness as before, but I'm strong as shit so I don't get as motivated by being weak.

I didn't read all your post yet, but my doctor told me avoiding red meat is bad. It contains iron and that is necessary for your health. He said lots of people just eat chicken and fish because it is considered healthy, but you should be eating red meat 3 times a week. This is the same doctor who told me to avoid all gluten and lots of other harmful things.

You can get iron from vegetables, surely a generally much healthier way. Then again i still eat hot dogs and bacon.

He's actually right. Red meats are definitely a good source of iron, but Spinach is a highly recommended way of getting iron for people (especially older people) without the side effects of upping their cholesterol and adding too much fat to their diet. Mike, based on what I've gathered from your body building goals red meat sounds great for you, mainly because it is calorie dense and you are coming from the skinny side of the field. Excuse me if I am being presumptuous in that I have never met you, but from what I have seen of you you are an Ectomorph. I am more of a Endomorph or Endo-Mesomorph. Check this out:

Anyways, your doctor was probably taking your age, goals, and body type into mind when he recommended red meats to you. For my body type everyone always says to avoid it as much as possible and I agree. Measured my BPFSL today for the first time. I've been hanging for two months and have seen BPenis EnlargementL gains, so I doubt this is what I started at, but I figured I might as well record this. BPFSL seems useful based on what everyone has said because it grows ahead of BPenis EnlargementL.

Well, IMO most women, just like other people aren't quality human beings, and she really isn't the best chick I've known. At this point she annoys the hell out of me. The last time we went out I think she wanted to fuck, but I wasn't feeling her behavior so I left. We still kind of talk, but I've lost interest. If you're a sane individual, you'll realize 9.5" is too big and that not being able to get all the way in feels shitty. You'll quickly lose interest in having an arm sized penis once you start experiencing what it feels like to have the base of your cock sticking out when you're fucking. Unless of course you want to be a one trick pony.

From the limited experience I've had with women, they all liked missionary the best. I look at it as I would prefer to have a little less reach in other weird positions (Like reverse cowgirl) then to have way too much slack in the positions that are best for both people, like legs behind the head and such.
