This weight feels absolutely super duper amazing. I love how good it feels to move up in weight when stretching, really feels like something is happening. I can't wait to see what 20 lbs must feel like (I know, I have a looooong way to go before I get there). Like I said before, I have now decided to move up every four or five days by increments half the size of what I used to move up by before. This way I will actually be moving up at pretty much the same rate, but get to enjoy slightly heavier weights. Next up will be 10 lbs even, but that won't be for another few days.

Tbh Mike is right. By the third, and mainly fourth or fifth sets is when fatigue sets in and I start to feel the best stretch. For that reason I shouldn't be cutting out sets, but sometimes life happens. Based on the hardcore hanging thread it seems very possible to gain through hanging with even only one 20 minute set a day, but I'll stick to 4 or 5.

Also, I want to begin limiting my ejaculation again because I am once again afraid that my over excessive masturbation (like I said, I ejaculated 4 times in about 2 hours last night) will limit my gains.

Okay, so my last time hanging before tonight was 5/7/13. I basically had an emergency and had to go out of town and there was truly no possibility of privacy to hang, or even stretch. This was the first time I haven't hanged since starting, and it really pissed me off. I'll try to avoid that sort of thing in the future, but I guess shit happens.

One good thing I did before I had to leave town was not jack off for a day and measure the next afternoon. I believe I gained 1/16 of an inch since the last time I measured. Possibly was 2/16 inches, or I since the increment was so small I might not have gained anything at all. I do believe I gained 1/16 inches though. While coming back to town I calculated the rate of my gains.

Basically at the rate I am going I will gain 1 inch for every 8 months of consistent Penis Enlargement. So my goal will be met in almost exactly two years, when I should be a tad bit over 10 inches BPenis EnlargementL. Now, obviously I might not have consistent gains exactly all the way through this process. I have two assumptions if my measurements are correct so far.

If this rate continues or speeds up though I will be totally happy with the rate of growth. I'll transition into doing only one or two sets a day and focus heavily on girth work to reach my goal of between 6.5-7 inches EG. Currently somewhere around 5.25 EG.

Nice. I also find that the best stretch is when the penis is completely flaccid. Hurts the least but gives an amazing stretch. Unfortunately I rarely get in that state, and when I do I really have to tighten to keep the hanger from slipping because of the lack of tissue.

The more erect you are the more it will go towards cementing the gains seen in flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed length toward erect gains.

I am debating whether I should move up now after seven days of having done 9.25 lbs, simply because there was a bit of a gap in my hanging for three days. 9.25 lbs still gets me a bit sore and a good stretch by the second and third sets. I still think it is a good idea to continue to move up though, so in all likelihood I will move up to 10 lbs tomorrow.

Avoid jerking off. It causes the penis to get sore and break down, so your attachment point gets it even worse. It swells up and creates this awful lump. I haven't been able to hang for days because of this. Jerking off should be avoided big time when hanging. Very bad.

Well I sort of have an issue. This girl I started seeing constantly makes my dick hard or semi hard so I can't hang. By that I mean the thought of her or the texts or whatever she sends me. Alright, so I'm not in a good state right now. I just measured my penis not BP and tried not to be generous at all. It was 5.5 inches long with the ruler very lightly touching the skin. I'm also having trouble keeping the weight from hanging to the left, and I'm scared that's going to make my dick crooked in that direction eventually or stretch it out unevenly. On another note, I have decided to take up a policy of only ejaculating every fourth day.
