I know I said I wouldn't measure until a month and I am still basically two weeks away from that, but I went ahead and did it....




I measured amy longest at 7.25 inches BPenis EnlargementL!!!!!! My previous max BPenis EnlargementL ever was 7.125 inches. I know that is not much and I am not going to celebrate just yet, but I still do believe I made a 1/8 inch gain. This is also considering that I have gotten fatter than when I measured in around 7- 7.125 inches, so my fat pad has probably increased a bit. Although that wouldn't make a difference with BPenis EnlargementL measurements, I figure it is important to note at such a small gain and amount of time.

Today is my sixth day at this weight, so I might possibly move up to 8.75 lbs tomorrow or wait until the day after. Also, during my last set when I had about 2.5 minutes left the rope slipped and the weight dropped so I just stopped it there.

Thanks DLD. It was a very good feeling to have made gains in length for the first time since I originally found out about Penis Enlargement and this site over two years ago. I believe I made somewhere between .125 in and .25 in gain in about three weeks time, and that is considering how low my weight was. I see good things happening and I'm starting to believe that one day I'll have that 10 incher.

In other news, as of today I started hanging 8.75 lbs, and I have to say WHAT A DAMN STRETCH. By the fourth set I couldn't take it anymore, and about 9 minutes in I slung the weight over my leg and did an OTL stretch on both the right and left side until time ran out. This is a very intense weight for BTC, so I wouldn't be surprised if I stayed on it for two weeks or so to adjust. Whenever I am able to do four full sets and not feel it too much I will move up in weight again. As of now this weight is a bit scary though...

One thing I should note here is today was my first time doing OTL or anything besides BTC and SD since I used to do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] in the distant past. To be honest OTL actually targets the ligs pretty well and gives its own decent stretch. I'll try to save OTL and OTS for the future when I want to focus more on the tunica, but I'll reserve OTL for when a set gets too heavy BTC or SD and I don't want to stop early.

Oh, and one more thing about OTL. If you position the weight properly, you can actually control the level of stretch by moving your leg further out or in closer. This always you to intensify the stretch to your liking and is very good. The only downside is it builds up quite a bit of pressure in the glans and forces you to stop after a bit.
 
Alright, so I still had the problem today, which I now believe is fatigue either from too much weight or over working.

I explained to Bib what I felt was going on, and he called it "true fatigue". He said 8.75 lbs is my current max weight, and that I should look into getting smaller increments to increase by. After those first two sets where I had trouble I waited an hour and tried to lower the weight to 7.5 lbs and begin again, but that fatigue was still too much and I had to stop after a minute or two again.

For now I am going to not train tomorrow and pick up again the following day with 8.75 lbs for the first set, or drop it down to 8.25 lbs if I can find the proper 1/2 lbs weight. This will be the first day that I have done less than three sets, and tomorrow will be the first day I have not trained since starting hanging nearly a month ago. It had me a bit pissed off, but at the same time I am also glad that for once I have pushed to fatigue and know what that feels like and that I can now begin to truly focus on my Penis Enlargement work and make gains intelligently.
 
You really should just drop down to 5 lbs and hang as many sets as you can, milk that fatigue while you still have it..... If you take days off and hang less sets, your ligs will strengthen and then up goes your max weight...

I'd kill for true fatigue. I hang 6 sets/ day every day and I still haen't hit true fatigue due to attachment point issues. So milk it while you have it, if you actually want to gain. Just drop the weight

TBH if this was anything else I would listen to you and push through, but it's my dick. I really do not feel comfortable with the feeling I am getting, and I truly feel it has been overworked. This is coming from a guy that used to lift 7 days a week and LOVED the feeling of being sore. I actually went out and bought a 1/2 lbs fishing weight today, and I am going to use that to move up in smaller increments from now on.

Even Bib's response to what I was saying gave me the impression that it is in my interest to rest for a day. Trust me, I love the results I believe I am getting with hanging, but not at the risk of fucking up my penis. Sometimes resting when you feel pain helps you grow faster in every field of life, and I believe that applies especially with Penis Enlargement.

You have to take into consideration that I have been hanging for around 20 days or so non-stop, which could cause fatigue in some more than others. Also, and most importantly, after only 20 days of hanging I was already doing nearly an hour and a half of hanging at 8.75 lbs. That may be fine for some, and hell one could just as easily strap 45 lbs to their dick, but I believe I over stepped my natural limit for the time being. I figure I need to slow down so as to let me penis adjust to the different weights.

As much as it pains me I am going to take tomorrow off and start again the following day at 7.5 lbs. If I do that two days in a row and it doesn't fatigue me, as was previously the case, then this time I will increase by only 1/2 lbs to move up to 8.25 lbs. From there I will try to do 4 sets at that weight, and if it becomes an issue I will try to only do one or two sets at that weight a day and do the rest of the sets at a lighter weight.

Thanks for the advice bro and I truly appreciate you checking my thread since you inspired me to do this, but for the first time in my life I have to say better safe than sorry.
 
Wow, so I just can't go a day without hanging. It's kind of nuts, but I just had to do something today even though I said I wouldn't. First off, I went out and got a 1/2 lbs weight yesterday, which is a smaller increment to increase with. Previously the smallest I had was 1.25 lbs, which was the smallest barbell weight I could find and actually ended up being a bit too much to increase by when my weight total started to exceed 7.5 lbs.

So for today what I did was:

What I plan to do at these higher weights is to sort of build up my ability to hang at a weight not by dropping weight down, but rather by cutting out sets. This is not what most people do from what I gather. Usually they do a heavy weight for a set or two and then drop down drastically and continue to do sets.

I, on the other hand, plan to at first cut out sets and later just add sets until I can do 4 full 20 minute sets without feeling it bother me at all. The main reason is that I think by putting my penis through less time under tension at first I will allow it to heal more while at the same time continuing to get a workout in. 2 sets at a heavy weight and then 2 more sets at a lower weight is still a bit too much tension, so I'll just gradually build up.
 
Alright, so I believe things are now back to normal. I am able to hang for the full set relatively comfortably, while at the same time I still feel a good stretch.

I am going to stick to this weight at least three days beyond the week that I normally give to a weight. I might even go so far as to wait an extra week with it. I want to be fully adjusted to it before I move up again.
 
I start school again in 4 months. That'll mean that I've been hanging for a total of 5 months by then, and I'd love to be at 8 BPenis EnlargementL when I begin. That's a .75 inch increase over where I'm at now, but I have heard much greater stories that occurred in the span of nearly half a year, so let's see if it works out.

Thanks DLD. If I take some of the other members at their word, it shouldn't be hard to put on 3/4 inch in 120 days. My hanging is coming along well again, and as many people say the true gains start coming at over 10 lbs (many say 15 lbs). I'll be there soon enough.

And shit, if I can get to around 10.5 inches from Penis Enlargement, I'll fucking put in the time to get it. Would never stop at 8 inches because that defeats the whole point for me. If I was already 7 inches before I began, would it really make sense to invest this much time out of my life to gain an inch? Honestly? What's the difference really between 7 and 8 inches?

10 inches or bust, that's my view. 11 would be even better. Also, since 8 lbs is getting easy for me I will do one more day of it tomorrow and the next day I am moving up to 8.75.
 
Wait til you gain an inch before you say what's the difference. Just gaining a quarter inch is a huge difference. Especially girth. Also about 2-3 years difference between 8 and 10 inches.....

An inch is monumental and will make a massive difference in length. A smaller gain of .5" in girth will also make a massive visual change.

It's very possible that I have gained around 1/4 inches already. The last time I measured I was at 7.25 fully erect and kegeling blood in. I had only once previously measured 7.125 inches, and more regularly measured 7 inches. So I wouldn't say I haven't gained .25 inches. I am extremely happy to have gained anything at all, and as they say the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. With that being said, however, a gain of .25 inches to 1 inch still isn't very impressive to me especially considering the constraints that one must put on their life to make those gains.

This is how I view it. If you go from 4 to 5 inches, MOST women will still put you in the category of small/tiny (just being real here). Going from 7 to 8 inches is still basically in the zone of big/a bit above average. 10 to 11 is still monster to monster. Now, going from 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL to 10.5 NBPenis EnlargementL (which I believe is what DLD did) is going from one category to an entirely different one.

If I wanted to still be viewed as having basically a similar dick I would not do Penis Enlargement or continue it TBH. That's just my opinion. I base it off the fact that your penis size in almost every circumstance will not come into play with having sex with a woman to begin with. That is pretty much all just game and/or your financial situation/eligibility. If I spent the two hours or so I do Penis Enlargement during going out to meet women, I would in the long run have much more sex than I would by doing Penis Enlargement.

I am going for 10 inches plus, and will stick it out until I get there and later do massive amounts of girth work, simply because I want to have a dick that completely stands out. There is a HUGE psychological aspect to sex, and having a huge cock can certainly help you exploit that in a woman's mind if used properly.

In other news today I bumped up to 8.75 lbs and finally it felt great. I got an amazing stretch, and after the set was over and I took my hanger off I had a non-stretched flaccid that was bigger than I've ever had from doing Penis Enlargement. Hanging heavier and heavier is fucking awesome.

It feels good now, just like any other weight I have used in the past. I get slight fatigue at around the third or fourth set. With the way this is going I think I am only going to stay at this weight for 5 or six days. Instead of going up a full pound each week, I'll just go up half a pound every five days and see how my penis adjusts. If it is too much weight, or if by five days I still get a lot of fatigue with the original weight than I will just stick with it the full or week or possibly more.

Damn it will be amazing to get up to 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL as soon as I can. I am guessing that it is possible by 60 days from now if I keep at it.
 
I started back lifting weights again and it has me super horny all the time, which is kind of a bummer for Penis Enlargement. My penis gets semi erect too often and it gets in the way of being able to stretch, like happened today.
