Red,im reporting back for therapy,and its going better,but i have realized that there must be cups because then penis is directly in watter.It will be more effective with cups...So how that cups must be(tall and width or?)
And does it a right way for therapy-first cold and than hot or inverted?

Does high intensity then resting a day after yield faster and better gains than long duration workouts or is it the same? I'm on this kind of schedule now as of yesturday.
 
It's like the whole discussion about full body workout VS split body workouts in weightlifting. You will have fans of one over the other but in actual fact they both yield gains to those who use them [Me incl] and neither is really better than the other.

With Penis Enlargement we have 5 days P/W training or regular training daily and those who do 1 on 1 off or something of that nature which is more high intensity when done but frequent rest.

Both methods work and I have used both and seen gains on both. My early days were the longer route but I found and still do to this day, that the less is more works much better for me and thus would work allot better for many other guys aswell.

Red,im planing go to sea and there is hard to get 4 times a day a hot watter for doing hot and cold therapy,so i think that i couldnt there apply therapy.Thats is going to be for about 10 days.Till that time i will do hot and cold therapy.
Now what you think can i do a little pause for therapy(about week) because there where is my summer resort i will not be able to do therepay.But there is sea and red what you think is that ok?For now i will not masturbating or doing sexual activity,so i think that sea is healing(maybe sea is gonna help a little bit)
but what you think to go there(sun and sea :D) or stay at home and doing therapy??

Enjoy the sea & sun my man, dont worry about the T-Veins it will go. Why people worry so much is beyond me. You should seek a medical opinion aswell unless you can post a picture of it for us to see and also ask dld about it.

So the Penis Enlargement HIT routine is 1 day on 1 off? Think I need to change things up as i'm not gaining. Hey Red, You probaply has been answered for this one, but is there any other exercise for girth, for newbies? Since jelqing havent been very effective for some Penis Enlargementers (like OPA), and it causes Turkey neck, I was wondering, if I could try something else. I know, that jelqs are great for preparing your dick for example clamping, but I'm little bit concerned about this turkey neck...it seems that it's hitting me already. 1] Havent really thought about it to be honest as I just do kegels whenever and how often I like. Edging, sure I would do this on my off days when I wank off instead of going the whole way and cumming I often just keep going to the PONR for 30 mins or so and dont really incl in my routine as its a variation of masturbation to me now.

2] Its quite important to get the circulation flowing freely again afterwards from an intense session. Helps with healing and injury. Those who are more advanced and done this for years often skip these but it should be apart of everyones diet.

3] I never wrap so not the right guy to ask here but from reading around the place it seems anything from a sock to bandages do the trick.
