After training from January 14th 2018 till July 14th, I took a brief break and resumed training again November 15th. I've been consistent since 2018 15th November till today with some off days for sure. It's been a year now. I want to take something to help reduce my fat pad after doing that, I will take an official measurement. I will also get a tailor tape and measure my girth too. I'm very sure I've gotten to 8.5 inches bone press.
I want to switch over to girth work I'm done with length only routine.
