Length exercises should be done before girth because it’s easier to stretch that way but what RefZulu was saying is similar to what I was saying before that it does make sense to stretch after you have expanded as the Tunica is already pre-stretched. The biggest issue is getting enough intensity into the stretch but since you have a Lengthmaster there’s no problem with that
What if I decide not to do length right after girth? Do you think if I keep using my length master for 1 hours daily in combination with pumping, I will still gain 1/2 length? I'm thinking of repeating all the length master exercises I've done.
I think the extra pull I will be getting from pumping will help with some length gains. What so you think about this DLD?
