Length exercises should be done before girth because it’s easier to stretch that way but what RefZulu was saying is similar to what I was saying before that it does make sense to stretch after you have expanded as the Tunica is already pre-stretched. The biggest issue is getting enough intensity into the stretch but since you have a Lengthmaster there’s no problem with that

What if I decide not to do length right after girth? Do you think if I keep using my length master for 1 hours daily in combination with pumping, I will still gain 1/2 length? I'm thinking of repeating all the length master exercises I've done.

I think the extra pull I will be getting from pumping will help with some length gains. What so you think about this DLD?

I did a born press measurement with the tailor tape and same more than 8.5 inches bone press. It's confusing because it's a tape. I want to find a way to get a video of such measurement. I'm going to try ad much as possible to get a measurement video with a tailor tape so you guys can tell me whether my measurement is correct or wrong.

I didn't complete my last length master rolls session, the last session lasted for only 10mins. I'm now doing a combination of downward stretches and length master rolls for 20mins 3 sets.

I removed the comfort pad from my X40 extreme. My body needs to adapt to the pressure so I can pump at max pressure.

Right now, I'm getting only half inch expansion. Is that good? No fluid retention at all.

I just got my Lengthmaster, but using only the power assist portion for now.

I first of all wrap with the Theraband, just one roll and then, I wrap with half of the ace bandage.

Woke up this morning, took a shower and wrapped my ace bandage for 40 mins. Did my first 20 mins length session. Rested for about an hour and then I decided to give the length master rolls a try. I did it for 20mins.

My top part of my penis base hurt from the use of cock ring. I will have to wear the cock ring for only one hour for now.

I couldn't do my 3rd length master session and neither was I able to pump because my base hurt a bit. Hopefully tomorrow I will be feeling much better. I guess my body needs to get conditioned for pumping.

The pains from yesterday has reduced so I used my length master for only two sets and then I did my bathmate session. My bathmate session was very comfortable. I've come to realize that it's God to take a nap before doing girth work in the opening or at night. Any little tiredness will affect erection and expansion. But when you just wake up from sleep and do girth work immediately you will be very relaxed and this will show in your expansion.

Henceforth, I will th to nap for at least 30mins to and hour before doing girth work.

I've started doing the bundled length master rolls. This is the length exercise that I will do until 1st of July.

I'm also doing 5 Sets of erect bends right at the beginning of my girth session

So you’re able to do the bundles now without pain and the issue was the wrap was too high?

The wrapping was too close to my penis base that's why I wasn't able to do it properly before. Now I make sure I wrap right under the glands.

I took yesterday off.

Done for today but I didn't finish my length session. I only did two 20mins sessions. Starting from tomorrow, I've decided to increase my length master set duration from 20mins to 30mins. This will enable me do two 30mins length master sessions daily instead of doing three 20mins session.

I am glad that you have seen just how well he has kept his journal and his consistency. This is such a good example to our brothers on how to keep track of things while you’re making these changes. Huge is very inspiring.

My last measurement with a ruler was a bit over 8.25 inches. It's somewhere on this log though. And then my last tape measurement was a bit over 8.5 inches. I have a sharp upward curve and also a right curve.

I use the bathmate while laying on the bed and this makes me appear shorter inside the pump and it shows that I'm a bit over the 8 inches mark inside the pump.

In my next pumping session, I'm going to sit down during my last set and see how far I can get inside the pump.

I'm now pumping at very high pressure but not extreme yet. Once I start pumping at the extreme pressure, that's when I will hit higher numbers inside the pump

the single best thing you can to correct the curve is jelqing erect against the curve. I would spend maybe 10 minutes a day doing this. I've not been doing the erect bends correctly. Now I'mdoing it for 10mins with breaks 8n between. I feel the intensity now much than before. My right side of my penis is slightly above 7.5 5/8, the left side which is the longer side shows 8.25 5/16 on the ruler.

I'm now focused on removing the curve that I have on the right side. @DLD, do you have any idea how much length I can gain from correcting my curve?

Some times I'm tired and I end up wearing the cock ring for 1 hour only. Does that mean my gains will slow down @ DLD?

One hour using a cock ring after training is plenty of time to heal in an expanded state. With DLD Bends you will train against the bend so if you’re bending to the right you’re going to want to arc to the left.
 
I didn't do PE yesterday. Today I got to 8.25 inches inside the pump and this is while I'm laying on the bed. If I pump in a sitting position, I will be much longer inside the pump. But I cannot pump in a sitting position because my back hurts whenever I do that.

Pumping is a good way to correct a band and it will help overtime but adding in erect jelqing against the curve or DLD bends will always be the most powerful.

The DLD bends hurts my shoulder each time I'm doing it. I will have to jelq against the curve and see how it feels.

Update: I just finished doing 10mons erect bends. I have separated my erect bends from my pumping sessions. Erect Bends will be done every night in replacement of erect stretches.

My expansion is so big now. I've kept my measuring tape far away. No measurement for length and girth until 9th of July.

Do not become disappointed in yourself nor discouraged. Give yourself a whole lot of credit and be inspired to get up brush yourself off and keep going. The devil wants you to sit around all day feeling guilty and like crap, but that is not what God wants! God wants you to understand that you fell but he expects you to get up immediately and forgive yourself.
