I've been doing daily manual stretches for 10mins with my bare hands. I've been doing it to enable me maintain my gains but i still feel like I've lost some gains.

I will be measuring this week to be very sure.

i’m just very happy to see you posting more, I was getting worried. Using your hands is very powerful and at one time it was the only method and I made much of my growth through manual work. It only serves to better my manual efforts by creating the powerassist which is basically manually assisted. From there it became the lengthmaster. So before these tools were here I was exclusively using my hands.

Tools are more powerful than our hands for sure. But what could have made it possible for me to lose some length gains even when i was doing 10mins manual stretches almost everyday since February?

whenever there’s a loss it is usually due to things not being cemented but there’s no other reason but that. I wish I could give you a better answer but what you were experiencing could be uncemented growth. Perhaps we should put a new routine together for you to change things up. Let me know what you think

I agree to what you said. The length master dld blasters is the most powerful exercise that I did with the length master.

How do you do dld blaster with LM?


When you have successfully locked your penis inside the length master, bundle it to the right or left side and then twist or bend the length master forward and pull from beneath. Pull it upward from under.

Just like you see in the dld blasters video where the person puts a rod or strong stick under his penis and pull it downward on top of the stick.

English is very hard for me but i really hope you understand.

The only way I can measure take a successful pic is if i have a girl with to hold the camera and stimulate me while taking the measurement.

Each time I try to measure and use the camera at same time, my erection goes down.

Is it possible to get back my lost gains if i do DLD blasters for 20mins daily? @DLD
gaining back lost growth will come almost immediately upon retraining. So yes 20 minutes of DLD blasters would be great but you may want to mix in some other stretches so it doesn’t become growth from only one angle. I think it’s smart to do all of the newbie stretches, DLD blasters, expressive stretching, bundled stretching, erect stretching.

With 20 minutes to train I think it would be best for you to stick to something like this

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Bundled Stretching: 5 minutes, 2.5 to the left and 2.5 to the right.

Expressive stretching: three sets of two minutes each. You can use the low grip manual stretch

Ten minutes of erect stretching 2-3 times a week ten minutes.

DLD blasters Three sets of 60 seconds

And to finish things off at the very end do the testicle health massage and stretch.

Try this routine as far as timing goes and let me know how long it took you and I will try to whittle it down to the 20 minutes you requested.
 
Alright, I will do the above exercises as mentioned. But I am not wrapping to heal in an extended state and I don't have any sleeves to wear. I hope this won't deter me from getting backthe lost gains?

Ever since I stopped training last year February, I've been doing manual stretches till this day but i don't wrap anymore.

I thought the 10 mins manual stretches I've been doing would be enough to maintain my length size even without wrapping.
Never tried wrapping, maybe I'll give it a shot too

I use my length master take dash. Na the consequences I dey face now so. I done lost small length gains. Now I need to buy another length master. I don't even have ace bandage.

Thick elastic bandage suppose dey Naija na abi? Where person go fit see thick elastic bandage buy for Naija?
 
Can I use this knee elastic bandage as a temporary replacement of the ace bandage in the main time?

That will be fine to wrap with but you should really pick up the original ace from any drugstore near you. In a maintenance only routine where you’re not looking to increase the size of your penis any longer just trying to maintain its size there’s no reason to use a sleeve. Just do the newbie routine once a week.

In that case, there is no need to buy any sleeve or ace bandage. I will just stick to doing the newbie routine. Who knows, maybe my increased fat pad might be the reason why I feel my penis is short because ever since I stopped training, my fat pad increased so much.

Maybe that's where the problem is coming from.

I stopped exercising in February 2020. I was working on length before. I stopped because I noticed that I wasn't making any gains and the curve on my penis was increasing.

Don't waste your money to buy any PE device for length unless you want to do the US therapy routine.

We have both hit our limit on length gains. Measure your flaccid and erect penis. If they are the same or if there is about .25 difference, just know that gaining length won't be possible unless you do what I suggested.

We've been wasting too much time without meaningful gains to show.

I will mention you on a member's thread who is one of those doing it here and has gained. You know, for length gains to occur, you have to gain BPFSL first before BPEL can increase.

The Ultra Sound Therapy routine allows who so ever does it to gain 1 inch in BPFSL in 6 weeks. We need to make gains in BPFSL before we can see gains in BPEL.
