Still going strong with my routine. I've decided to replace the 15 to 20 mins of DLD blasters with 20 mins of jelqing. I've done the DLD blasters for 6 months in the past. I think it's high time I replaced it with an exercise that I haven't done before.
Henceforth, I will be doing the following:
20 mins set Jelq
20 mins bundled expressive stretches with the length master
10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping
10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping
10 mins SSJ
5 mins pumping
My first pumping set I stay off at 7hg and stay there. For the second set, I still at the same 7hg. For the third set, I go up to 8hg and stay there throughout the session.
I think the jelq is needed to help me get to 9 inches by 9th of January 2024. 20 mins Jelq combined with 20 mins of bundled expressive stretching with the length master should give me at least 0.75 within a 9 months period.
This should be very easy for me to accomplish.
