I think you need to create a exercise routine that is rather unorthodox. I’m thinking something like a 15 day fast taking in only water in a very small portion of food. During this time I highly recommend you get in an hour of aerobic activity, jogging is great. After the 15 days continue exercise and start to bring in more food while still staying under your total calories for the day. This will definitely destroy that fat pad.

I am very proud that you are taking the steps necessary to make the changes you desire. Take the reins of that horse and ride into the sunset where are you will be free of the fat pad for good. Baby steps and add up to big steps, You can do it!
I've not updated my this log since Saturday. On Saturday, I only did one 20mins session. I took Sunday off and then on Monday, I only did a 20mins session.
But I'm back to my routine today Tuesday. I just finished.
Right after my session, I measured my flaccid bone press length and saw 9 inches on the dot. 3 months ago when I did my very first length master dld blasters and measured bone press flaccid length, I saw 8.25 but now after 3 months and some days I measured again and I saw 9 inches. I'm so excited about this.
I hope there will be increment in my bone press erect length.
Honestly, I'm so happy about the new gains I saw. I still can't believe I saw 9 inches flaccid penis. I had to measure it thrice to make sure it wasn't a mistake.
Back in the days when I used to be 7 inches, when I see people measure flaccid length of 8 inches or 9 inches, I always get that feeling of a loser. But today I can measure 9 inches flaccid on my own dick.
DLD blasters is the most powerful length master exercise. I doubt one can stop growing with that exercise. I will keep doing the dld blasters throughout next year in combination with my girth exercises starting from 25th of January.
