All of our body's are different. Some may never even shed their fatpad. It really comes down to physiology and genetics. Just like I will never have a flat stomach. Just not my body type, and if I were able to achieve that, I would be extremely malnourished.

It seems to be the same for me, but at least I can reduce it to a very small size I guess.

Understandable about the US device, and after all, men have gained well without it for years.

I'm so scared of it. I rather put in the daily work. I will surely get to 9 inches bone press with the length master. The US device will lead to laziness and unwillingness to put in the desired work to make gains.
 
You can get that fat off with the ease if you put in the work. Dial in the diet like you are dialed in with your PE and you will loose it for sure. If you put your body in a caloric deficit your body has no other chance to loose fat. The fat pad will take the longest to get rid of because it is the last place that your body will release the fat from so you have to be patient with that one. I will do a bone press measurement of my fat pad before throwing my questions at you. I've never done this calorie deficit stuff before.

Not long brother. Just like with measurements, don't sweat it. Just cut out the crap, incorporate more plants. Steam veggies, no dairy. Limit meat, with ABSOLUTELY NO processed meat. More water dawg , and unsweetened tea (green tea preferably). You got this!!

To pull this off, I need to completely change my diet. No meat at all including chicken right?
 
Well, I had a nutrionist when I was an athlete and had to give certain weight by a deadline. The only meats I could eat were chicken, turkey, and fish with barely any flavor just garlic powder basically. All green veggies, fruits as snacks in between meals. No milk, soda, juice, etc no rice, bread, pasta, etc. Straight up water, no salt or sugar. I was lean as hell but it takes time and dedication for it but in the longrun u will definately see results.

Did you peel off the skin from the chicken and Turkey?
